I love, love, love this tool!! I broke the first one and still was able to glue it with super glue and it worked another six months! It scrapes out things out of your Vitamix like Nut Butter and other thick things like nothing else does, once you learn how to use it. So Wonderful to be able to get MORE out of the container without ruining a silicon spatula and other things. I am forever Grateful to whomever designed it! You need to be careful to NOT cut it on the blades however. So use it Slowly and Carefully and it will last a long time!

Sourdough bakers dream!! I purchased this based on a recommendation from an influencer. Its meant to be used with a vita mix but it has turned out to be PERFECT for my sourdough feedings and mixing! It's sturdier and the handle is really long for larger jars. I love how easy it makes scraping my starter down off jar sides. It looks and feels expensive. Functions way better than the spatulas I was using. Easy to clean the sticky dough off when done using. Dishwasher safe.

I use this scraper all the time when I’m making my soups and smoothies. It makes it super easy to reach under the blades and get everything out of the blender. It’s a sturdy design and the rubber and weight feels good in the hand.

With a big silicone spatula, you get most of what you blended out, and your spatula acquires cuts round the edges. This makes the spatula less effective for future scraping jobs, and I'm not overjoyed about the prospect of little bits of silicone dropping off during use. I bought this because it's intended for use with a vitamix. It gets under the blades, and the curved side fits into the curved areas of the blender reasonably well for scraping out most of what you've been blending. We do a lot of thick sauces and smoothies and the like in the blender, so getting more of the sauce out is a good thing. Given the complex shapes of the inside of the blender, I don't think there's another shape that would do a better job than this one getting those thick bits of sauce to come out. It's not perfect, I don't think anything will get ALL of a sticky sauce out of a blender. But it does a good job and it seems tougher than the silicone spatula, it's not chewed up by the blades as much. All in all it's a good tool, though I could wish it were a bit lower price for what it is. You're not going to use it in the peanut butter jar or to get out the last bit of honey. You could, but you won't, because this tool is small and purpose built for the blender. So it's not really a multitasker. But it's not a bad choice for frequent blender users.

Hard to imagine writing a review for a piece of plastic, but given that it solved an otherwise annoyingly intractable problem, I felt it was the right thing to do. I was talking with Vitamix product support and happened to ask if there was some secret trick to getting the last bit of stuff out of the cannister - you know, the stuff that's under the blade, They said "yeah - we have the perfect tool for that." The price was right. But more importantly, the thing really does work perectly, It is designed to fit between the blades, slide underneath . THere is no spatula that can do what it does. I HIGHLY recommend this little thing.

Pretty expensive for what it is but if you have a Vitamix you've already accepted the expensive part. It is well made and allows you to get everything out of the blender. Gets everything hiding under the blades and works great the get those thick smoothies moving rather than waiting for gravity...

I got this for the reasons described that there was stuff at the bottom of the vitamix that I wanted to scrape out but my rubber spatulas were getting absolutely shredded doing this. This scraper works, but for the price and having to store an extra single use tool in my already increasing kitchen drawers I'm just not sure it's the best use of my money. I'll still use it to spare my spatulas, but don't expect it to be life changing, definitely feels like something that should have been included with the Vitamix instead of an add-on accessory.

not good quality , not easily scoops out from my vitamin the lower lid is rubbery and easily torn by the blade of the blender .... easily breaks not worth the money ... use any other spatula or stronger one

A very handy tool for getting thick blends out of your Vitamix. It's a bit expensive but it is the perfect tool for doing what it does.

This should be 500 yen at most.

Unfortunately it broke very quickly.
