I love this pen and its the only pen I use at work. I used my last Fisher pen for almost every day at work for over a year and never had to replace the ink cartridge. When I lost it, I really missed it(and was super bummed out) so I ordered a new one immediately.Pros:*The metal clip doesn't break like so many plastic clips do. I can clip it to my shirt or sweat shirt with no worries about the clip breaking. I've had many pens over the years in which clips have broken-- especially those plastic clip gel pens.*It writes on wet/damp paper. I work as a locomotive engineer and have to fill out calendar day forms in the cab of a locomotive. Occasionally the windows have been left open prior to a rain storm and the forms have gotten wet. The Fisher pen was still be able to write on the form. As a matter of fact, it can read on virtually anything, including glass.*Recently I tried out another brand that had a heavy duty clip. I liked the pen but when I got undressed after work I discovered the pen had leaked onto my white t shirt under my sweat shirt. My Fisher pen has never did that.*The pressurized ink means it writes right away whether that is upside down, side ways or on a regular surface. No dry runs or shaking the pen. I can even write on a small piece of paper in the palm of my hand with no problems. In other words, I didn't need a hard surface to write on with this pen.I purchased my first Fisher pen for $25 so I am happy with the price I got here. Its a bargain.Cons:I can't really think of any except that during the course of using the pen for a year the words and the American flag on the pen started rubbing off. I finally just scraped it all off and the pen still looked good.I highly recommend this pen.

I bought three of these pens I like them so much. They have a good grip and I have one in blue, black and red. I carry them at all times and use them every day. They are great pens.

If you want a good, quality pen that will last and isn't crazy expensive, then this Fisher Zero Gravity Space Pen is the way to go. I've owned many Fisher Space Pens over the years and have loved them all. I've given many as gifts and the recipients love them too. My girlfriend saw me writing the other day with the chrome Fisher X-750 and she tried it and loved it. Needless to say, that will be the last time I'll ever see that pen.This particular Zero Gravity model is retractable, all black in color, has a black clip, is a tad under five and a half inches long, has a nice texture to it, has more girth than your normal pen and comes with black ink. It also comes in a nice, plastic, flip-top box that you can store it in when you're not using it. The slightly larger girth of the pen makes it more comfortable and easier to handle in a larger hand. As well, the texture of the pen helps keep your hand from sliding down the pen when you've been writing for a little while and your hand is a little sweaty.Like all Fisher Space Pens, this pen's ink is pressurized and thus can continually write upside down, it writes very smoothly, it can write in extreme cold or extreme heat, it will write on glossy or waxy paper when other pens will not, and if you should ever find yourself in space, it will write there too. If you don't like the standard black ink, then you can easily purchase a blue ink refill for this pen right here on Amazon. All in all, definitely a five-star pen.

Space pens are great -- they write anywhere, at any angle, and in any conditions. Of course that ability comes from the Fisher cartridge inside, which is common to pretty much the whole Fisher product line. That is to say, any Fisher Space Pen will write really well, even in extreme conditions.So definitely buy a Fisher pen. And, as far as Fisher pens go, this is the only one that is big and rubbery. If you like that in a pen, then this is the one to get. If you don't like big clunky pens, then stick with the more traditional products.For me, I am on my third "Zero Gravity" pen. (What can I say? Pens belong to the universe...) The first one was the greatest pen I've ever owned. It was heavy, it had a nice smooth plunger to extend and retract the pen, and it seemed to be built like a tank. Alas, the last two Zero Gravity pens I've owned haven't been as tight -- it seems like the plungers have more play in them then the older one did, and the front end tends to unscrew themselves more easily.That said, I still love the pen. It has that magical Fisher cartridge, and I can write for hours with this big rubberized beast.

I have two of these. The rubber body gives a great grip, it's a super sturdy feeling pen, pretty thick body and writes with a thick, solid line. It writes on all the surfaces I have tried, mainly paper and skin (for those times I don't have a piece of paper, but need to make a quick note on the hand). The clicky end is solid and the pen is just a super nice, high quality. The ball point end seems to be made of a solid alloy material and feels very durable. The clip is adequate, could be sturdier, but I have never had a problem with it nor do I anticipate a problem with it. I would highly recommend this quality pen all day, everyday. The all black model gives it a very sleek and "tactical" look for those who care about the looks. I think it'll be a long lasting pen even for a constant user.

Well made and works great

I'm a bit of a Space Pen collector and this model is, by far, my favorite. The barrel size and texture make it very comfortable to hold and the medium ink tip ensures the ink flows smoothly. I like this model so much, I've got two spares sitting in my desk drawer. Highly recommended!

I have had several models of the Fisher Space pen that were very good but this one is my favorite. I have used mine daily for at least the last five years. The matte finish is wearing off where the fingers contact but It writes on everything and the point doesn't become damaged and start leaking ink like most other ballpoints. Just before Christmas my daughter needed to jot something down so I handed her my pen. When she was done she commented on how good the pen felt. I decided to get her one for Christmas but was shocked at the price increase. The same pen that cost $21 in 2017 was going to cost $34 in 2021. I figured she's worth it so now she's using the best.

After 4 months... not at all happy... the plating is coming off the pen that too I am not traveling anywhere this happened with normal wear and tear at my office only. I would not recommend you buy this after spending so much & then see the plating coming off 🙄Wow, I just got delivery of this pen today, its just beautiful. This is my second Fisher space pen and I'm very happy with this one too...
