contacted the seller (ExclusiveBeautyClub) before placing my orders and they responded by email fast,nice and in good responsible manner(good customer service most important thing to me while shopping anywhere). my orders arrived as described and in neat packaging. also about the product itself, I've been using it for year.one should know how to apply it, by itself or in combination with other skincare or makeup products a good tip would be:compress gently with the palm of clean hands on face and have a good sunscreen to apply afterwards, to get the best results ,it works great and it s an amazing product.

Institute Esthederm products are very good! Have been using Eau Cellulaire spray & wasn’t able to locate again is how I am using the Water Mist. Both products feel good on my skin, feels like I am giving water to my skin, having a soothing effect. Thankful the water mist is a good fit. Thank you for having it available.

I received this product in April, and by the time I tried it in May I was told I could not send it back. Defective product the spray top did not work. Spent $40 on something that I can not return or use. Not Happy.!!! Yes, same problem the spray top does not work!! Their company needs to handle this !

This cellular water is fabulous! It had Hyaluronic acid and antioxidants in it. Since it’s biomimetic, it helps all of my skincare products work better. I love it!

Excellent product, it will s my four time that I buy it, but the spray valve was broken upon receipt. this does not work. I want to return or receive other without problem

Fast shipping, great size for the price, feels rejuvenating , fresh, clean and actually works. I need to use everyday, I have a dry complexion and I am also an ex smoker. Overall does what it is meant to do, leaves a hydrated, fresh, glowing, younger look and (with me at least) leaves me feeling alert after a spray on a drawn out day........and no horrible smell:)

Très bon produit, évidemment la pompe n'a pas fonctionné , alors j'ai ouvert le haut avec une pince , j'ai mis le produit dans un vaporisateur , tout va bien, le produit est très cher , il vaut mieux avoir des solutions si cela peut vous aider tant mieux .

The mist is very even, there is no smell to me, but my skin still feels a bit dry after using it, need to apply lotion right after.
