Badia 14 Spices All Purpose Seasoning with No Salt

I picked this up because I wanted one seasoning that I could use on different dishes without adding extra salt, and it’s been a win. The blend is really balanced — you get garlic and onion right away, with a mix of herbs and spices that make it work for just about anything. I’ve tried it on grilled chicken, roasted veggies, and even sprinkled a little into soup, and it added a nice kick of flavor every time. The smell when you open the container is fresh and aromatic, not flat like some cheap seasonings. I also like that it’s a big 20 oz bottle, so it’s going to last me a long time even though I’ve been reaching for it almost daily. For the price, the value is great compared to buying smaller jars. As someone trying to cut back on sodium, this has been a helpful swap — I still get flavor without feeling like I’m missing anything. Definitely a pantry staple now.

Big container, small price. No sodium, no MSG, no industrial seed oils, nothing but healthy dehydrated vegetables. Highly-impressive ingredients list (check it out!), absolutely no bad stuff in there! Even the anti-caking agent is rice-based instead of cellulose (essentially sawdust) like in many similar products! Plus it's delicious and goes on almost anything. I love it on meats, it's excellent when making soups/stews (put this in homemade soup or stew then simmer a long time and all its 14 flavors diffuse into the liquid, delicious!), also great stirred into pre-made or canned soups/stews, great on pasta, I even put it in all my sandwiches. Think of it as a does-everything, good-on-everything, completely natural, universal multi-spice powder.... because that's what it is!

If someone in your household is on a reduced salt diet, you need this! It is pretty tasty, and is the best of all the salt-free blends we have tried. It has a citrus-y component which surprisingly does a pretty good job of adding something akin to that salty taste that is missed. We will be buying this again and again!

Lower salt can be important for heart health because salt is already in many foods. This spice mix adds flavor without the harm of too much salt, I usually add ground black pepper for additional flavor.

Excelente condimento

I love this seasoning. It really helps with adding excellent seasoning when I am trying to remove a lot of the salt from my diet. This is a great alternative and it really does taste good so definitely worth it. Will definitely buy again.
