Excellent wireless mouse for the price, get on sale if you can
Bought the Logitech G305 LIGHTSPEED Wireless mouse for my brother and it’s been fantastic. The wireless connection is reliable with very low latency, and the mouse feels comfortable for long use. Buttons are responsive, and the overall build quality is solid. Pros: • Reliable wireless performance • Low latency • Comfortable to use • Solid build quality Cons: • Nothing major to complain about Overall, a great wireless mouse that performs very well and is good value for money.

A trusty companion.
I've been using the G305 for years and for the price, I don't think there's a better wireless mouse with such consistently good quality. I've owned several and all have been built sturdy, had great connectivity, low latency and changing the DPI and binding the additional buttons is incredibly easy. I like the weight the battery gives the mouse and it feels great in my hands, especially with the slightly matte finish that makes it feel premium.

Very good cheaper wireless mouse.
So I've bought this mouse a few times, writing a review now after swapping to the Pro because I'm looking at mice for my girlfriend. Trust this is one of the best mice on the market, its a light mouse a little heavier than the normal version because of the battery but its still very light. I had the 503 before I went for this and that mouse was good but not great for FPS games, the glide wasn't as smooth because of the weight. I highly advise the 305 i have only bought it a few times because I'm a heavy duty gamer, I go to work.. i get home and i game. On my days off I game. I get in a good 5-10 hours of gaming a day and i am highly competitive. I play at a high level on most games i play so there is a lot of vigorous movements. I played alot of Apex Legends and Overwatch on this mouse.. So it was the shoot button (left click) that mostly wore down. Honestly there isnt much difference to this and the G Pro except this one requires a AA battery and the Pro i can just charge at my desk while i use it. I got the pro on sale so it wasnt much more expensive than this at full price. Please if you are looking for a more budget mouse get this one.. It is probably the best mouse I've purchased. One AA battery lasts a long time even on extensive use one battery would last me a few weeks and it only takes one battery. The only mouse i dont advise is the 903.. its reaaaally good but weak. That mouse only lasted me a few months and that was expensive even on sale. Left click just stopped working entirely. The 903 breaking really fast is what got me to go with this mouse and realise how good this mouse truly is.

Great mixed-use mouse.
A very decent wireless mouse from Logitech here. It feels accurate and reliable both in productivity environments and in games. It's comfortable for long use and is robust enough to take plenty of accidental floor drops. Set up is no nonsense: dongle in and off you go. Battery life is excellent. Although, I must say the little indicator light colours that sometimes appear on top of the mouse are a bit esoteric in their purpose. I did read the manual and learned what they meant at some point in the past, but promptly forgot it all and haven't been bothered to reference it again! For instance you'd think the occasional appearance of a solid red light when switching the mouse on would mean battery low, but I've still had batteries go on to live for at least a month or two after seeing it so who knows! Whatever, the light is tiny and barely something to notice. Another minor gripe is the lower side button is very exposed and knocking against your thumb, your keyboard, drink or whatever else happens to be there will click it a little too easily. In windows that can mean hitting "back" on the internet browser. Just a small thing which to be fair, all mice with side buttons are prone to. It doesn't have the coloured LED bells and whistles of fancier gaming mice found on the market. That's no loss if the 'bling' is doesn't matter to you. If you're an e-sports level gamer who needs some sort of super-programmable feather-light beast with 18 customised buttons on it and 1ms lag, then I doubt you're reading this page to begin with! For everyone else, you'll get all the necessary FPS game performance you need right here. I find six buttons is about as much as my brain can track when gaming anyway. Any more and I get too muddled! At time of posting, expect to pay 30ish quid for it making it a great sweet spot offering and a lot of mouse for the money. Much more expensive gear will offer increasingly small performance increases, and cheaper gear is likely to have major issues of reliability and quality.

Brilliant Mouse
Ideal Mouse for a first time wireless buyer. Having a cluttered desk I decided to spend the time looking out for what mouse gives the most value for money as with anything and this was essentially number 1 on the list. Sleek black colour with the simple "Logitech G" logo in the middle that lights up makes it look sleek and simple without sacrificing design integrity or feel. The function buttons on the left hand side of the mouse are great as Macro options if you use them for either work or gaming as they can easily be bound to whatever you need them for, and the mouse DPI is easily set by the middle button under the scroll wheel if you want an already preset DPI, although you can specify any of these 4 DPI options if you need to tailor your choices in the Logitech G-HUB which I would recommend. The feel is great and for being what I would call a slightly "smaller" mouse it doesn't feel that way after one or two uses and does 100% feel lighter than you'd expect, the grip feels great especially on a large table mouse mat. All in all, the best mouse I've bought for a setup so far, especially if you don't want to spend a fortune but want quality,

Simply lovely
This is now my second G305, the first still works fine after 5 years of daily use and has now become my work mouse. Sensor's great, battery life's great, price is usually right (I just got my second at the very unusual and low sale price of £20, originally paid £35 for the first) Still holds up and is a perfectly decent choice for someone with small to average sized hands.

Precisely the right mouse for Flight Sims
I have tried a lot of gaming mice over the years, but none have delivered what they promised & I inevitably reverted to my old, trusty TeckNet standard mouse. I play War Thunder (Aircraft) a lot, & I have struggled to find a mouse that I can aim precisely & seamlessly. The G305, however, is exemplary in respect of tracking smoothly. I usually use an aluminium gaming mouse mat (photo), as this has always helped with all of the other mice I have used. The G305 is so good that It can also track very well on a cloth mouse mat too. It fits my hand well, although I would have liked it to be a little taller so that my hand wraps around more comfortably. However, that's a small niggle, as the tracking performance makes up for any minor comfort issues. I read reviews that state that this mouse can disconnect itself randomly. Mine can do this, but not when switched on before start-up. The USB receiver works best if it's plugged into one of your PC's Motherboard USB ports, not a hub. Fortunately, Logitech supply a small extension cable to allow you to use a PC port, so you can place the receiver in a decent position near the mouse (photo). Weight is fine: there is a small button for altering speed response (handy for war-gaming), & an on-off switch on the underside of the mouse, which is a little difficult to use if you fingernails are short. The four small pads under the mouse give it an almost frictionless movement, whether on a cloth mat or an aluminium one. The Left/Right mouse buttons are also designed well for gaming. Not too sensitive, but not too chunky either. It can be very frustrating with war sims if you get behind an opponent; press the left button & find your aim has moved because the buttons cause your hand to slightly move the aiming point (not good at 400+mph when you have an opponent at your mercy & you miss the shot!) So, yes, I like this mouse a lot. It suits me just fine & I shall use it for the foreseeable future. .

Good if you want what it offers
I would give it 4.5 stars. Here are some pros and cons Pros. -Long battery life -Straight forward with very good software -Good quality for the price -Doesnt seem to have problems like other alternative, i had glorious mouse but its sensor stopped working, this one however seem to be much more durable. -good for the price, one of the best if not the best if you want wireless, no latency for gaming, 2 buttons, long battery life, durable. Cons. -It is on the heavier side imo, it is not a problem for me but some might prefer lighter mouse. -The part that can be removed is a little wiggly but it isnt enough to cause any problem in your work. Just a slight bad miss on quality in this part. -doesnt support 2 devices or more at the same time Overall it is one of the best you can find if you want what it offers and dont care much for some other features like being lightweight, supporting 2 devices, more than 2 buttons and so on

Left click died in 1 week
I bought this mouse after waiting 12 days for delivery. Just after 1 week if use the left click died. Very strange to see big brands like Logitech delivering such poor quality products. Luckily this happened under the return window so i have initiated a refund.
