I bought this mobile 6 months back @6999 from Amazon. Let me tell you elaborately the pros and cons of this Mobile. Prose 1) Finger print sensor What I love about this mobile is its finger print sensor. Only your finger print can unlock the phone. U can lock the apps using finger print sensor which is far better than using app lock. 2) 3 gb ram I guess this is the only mobile which has 3 gb ram at this price segment. U can install more apps and mobile runs without any lag. 3) 16 gb inbuilt memory Cons 1) non removable battery 2) camera is ok but it's not great. 3) earphones are pathetic. If u r a music lover u will hate the sound quality through this earphone. Rival Y yureka plus priced @6499 It has removable battery but has only 2gb ram. However it has a bigger screen size(5.5 inch) Verdict At this price segments this is one of the best mobiles.

why you shouldn't buy this phone - cannot send SMS with third party messaging apps! 1. coolUI is ugly. 1a. the display colors are reddish and over saturated. 2. basic apps like dialer and messaging is a crap, they are ugly and stupid - third party messaging app "Doesnt Work!" Yes you heard it right. you cannot use google messenger or true messenger with this phone, cannot send SMS only recieve! need to use default messaging app for sending out SMS. why coolpad? 4. under indoor lighting, the rear camera sucks, the worst i have seen. it kind of applies long expsoure to make the video brighter which makes the face look like beauty filter is applied. imagine videos with beauty face filter! its never going to be sharp. videos looks smudgy, not just the face even other subjects. how about a beauty face filter applied to your furnitures :D 3. the speaker isnt that loud. 4. flash is not the brightest in this price. 5. no marshmallow update yet. for those who root, you cannot get rid of the default messaging app, you need it to send out SMS no matter what. verdict : there are phones with better user experience. what you get for 7K - a super fast finger print sensor and 3GB of RAM. I ordered my product on 10th march and as a result of fast delivery,it was at my doorstep on 14th. Now starting with the body of the phone..black classy phone with nice curves in short perfect but the battery cover is the unexpected thing I got difficult to open and close plus I would recommend you to buy a back cover. Now to the phone, specification is known to everyone so I would just say its a big big and super big value for money deal..such deal is impossible to get the fingerprint works perfect in all ways so nothing to think of it. Although many people said in review that because the screen is not full HD the screen is not visible in sunlight but I have NOT faced any such problem.If you are here to know the cons of product, then biggest disadvantage is battery. I mean the phone give so much that the battery sometimes seem like a rat in front of mountain. the problem I faced was the battery continued to discharge even while charger was put on (dont know the reason..maybe due to heavy apps or the launcher I'm using is not optimal). I didnt wanted to risk it so I've already put an replacement order but I dont think it will change anything. the phone's camera has been highly critisized and I know the reason for it although its good in proper lighting and flash helps a lot in dim light and using a camera app certainly does the work for me and last night I even got an update for camera so I hope it'll do the work.If you think to install a launcher on the device like I did..I will warn you that some features dont support like long standby mode on it. overall the problems are under-powered battery for such high performance phone,average camera, CoolUI taking almost full control of device plus slight heat problem(mind it..I said slight..which is common) But on a whole an awesome device I would recommend you to go for it and since you gave so much time reading the review a bonus tip for using the phone for you "while using cool music player if your device is locked try swiping your finger across top of screen on the front camera the sensor change the music" and this cool was discovered by me accidentally while removing some dust :D Big yes for phone..go for it

worst Product and even worst service of coolpad .. it feels to me like we are being cheated by Coolpad and Amazon is helping them in giving the platform to sell the worst phone which doesn't have proper customer support and professional service center , you will start facing the issues at early stage of warranty period . It has a common problem of Charging and within 1-3 months itself the phone will stop chagrining for which you have to visit service center multiple times . third party service center so called "Touch " (HCL' vendor )which is the worst service center in India, will surely help you feel the real pathetic service and they will make you irritated by their unprofessional talks and behavior, and this is what they can offer to the customer as they are saying they are getting paid by HCL not by Cool pad . you will not be treated as valued customer and there will be no professional communication and also they will share false Turn around time and false troubleshooting for charging issue like they will replace the cable at first level and later issue will reoccur and you will have to visit the Customer center again , next timw they will say charging socket needs to be replaced and we are initiating the part dispatch and other stuff and story . Later after few weeks they will start updating you, if you will visit the service center that the part is being dispatched from China and it is taking time .. If you will dial Customer care Number then they will even talk to you like Touch team and will not give the exact date they will keep on saying it will take one week or 2 week time ! we can't do anything , no compliant will get registered at customer care , they will not escalate the issue even ther is nothing like you can talk to supervisor or manager ! you will have to wait for hours on line and after that call will get disconnected ! Unfortunately i ordered the phone and i am the victim now .. Its been more than 1 month and still my mobile is not repaired . i had to order another phone of diff brands as since 1 month i have no luck on mobile repair and part replacement . i would only give advise to stop buying the Cool pad Products as i have faced the issue i came to know of all pathetic reprocess and service which they are offering to their customer .. Please stop buying for their Product not because they are not good but their service is pathetic .. & I you want to enjoy the pathetic service then please go ahead !!

I AM WRITING THIS COMPLETE REVIEW AFTER 1 MONTH USING THE COOLPAD NOTE 3 LITE (BLACK) Coolpad is really a new brand for the India but Coolpad born in 2003 and the Yulong Coolpad (parent company) was established in 1993 in Shenzhen and now Coolpad is the largest smartphone company in China and largest Chinese domestic brand by sales outside of China. Coolpad is doing great in India, the company continue introducing the new product one by one and the best thing about them is each of them comes with an excellent price tag without compromising the product quality. The only negative part of it is they use MediaTek chips instead of Qualcomm to reduce the cost of the product. Now the question arises what is bad in MediaTek? The answer is simple overall performance. MediaTek is a Taiwanese company. It uses more cores in its processors. Mediatek chipsets are known to be more power draining and result in less battery life, they are very good at multi-tasking because of more cores but again more cores demand more RAM to give the best performance, More performance=more cores=more heat=battery drain. Fast 3GB RAM with r/w speed of ~3000MB/s (More than 2.3GB usable) + 16GB inbuilt Flash memory(10.9 usable) with read speed of ~150MB/s and write speed of ~40MB/s which is really good for the price tag. A good output from the 3.5mm jack, all you need is a good app like poweramp and pair of good earphone. I tested it with bundled earphones and XB70AP. -------- CONS: -------- 1. Made in China(All other brands started now making in India) 2. Camera(low light photography is very bad) and at this price tag other phones come with the better camera. 3. Non-Removable Battery and bad Battery backup, also battery takes long to charge and does not come with 2amp charger. 4. The camera is popping up from the back side, only using a back cover can save it from getting scratched. (Added picture) 5. The Menu, Home and Back keys are not backlit and does not look good. (Added picture) --------------- VERDICT: --------------- So as u can see ALL we Know that " LESS " the " CONS " the Phone Will "LASTS" for " LONG " & For the price point, Coolpad Note 3 lite has given more than one can demand, this is the only phone that comes with good 3GB RAM, 16GB storage, and a good fingerprint sensor at this price tag. Without any second thought, I can say it is the best phone in the market right now with this price tag. The only things I don't like about it is the camera, speaker and battery performance and that to is better if we consider the PRICE POINT . First of all let me tell all that's it is a total package of everything that is required in a smart phone. Of course it is not possible to make ourselves content with any single phone because we will find some or the other reason why any particular phone is not up to the mark. Now , coming to my review, I received this phone on 8th March and been using extensively for 2 days, what I found out is that the phone has got all the capabilities that you can expect from high end mobile phones and even in some fields are better than high end phones. I am not going into the features as all of you know that already.I want to share my expeience with the phone.Lets have a look at the positives of the phone- Excellent viewing angles though its not a full HD but will appear even better really crisp pictures RAM management is superb ,run 20 applications together still it gives the feeling that only 1 is running. Camera is good both front and back superb photos even the 5 MP front camera can surprise you, and for all those who go by you tube reviews,just one thing we are general people not internationally famous photoghaphers ' Then coming to the colour of the phone though it is black but actually the front panel is totally black but back cover is of sandstone colour which also quite nice but keep it in mind its sandstone. Than there is notification LED which is a good feature but very difficult to find nowadays in mobiles. Ofcourse not to forget the fingerprint sensor,just superb Negatives- Well only negative is the battery,it depends on the usage though but still I feel it can be a little more better in terms of performance,still a day will be covered with a full charge AND it takes a much long time for a full charge,no fast charger is there. The weight of the phone is pretty high over 150 gms,which feels on the hand as well as on the shirt pocket, for me it feels much more as earlier I was using a windows phone weighing just 100gms and even the coolpad is thick at 8.9 mm. So I think for packing all those features in a Rs 7000 mobile has all the compromises that is done.Overall a good device ********** If you want a superb phone within this price go for it without 2nd thoughts. What I said earlier about the phone stands at same place only,but there are two things which literally sucks,,,, The battery is terrible,first of all the battery takes more than 2 hrs to charge fully and for loosing that chage it does not take more than 3-4 hrs,just by using 2-3 apps,a little bit of browsing ...... and calls And secondly the camera also sucks,,,,,,,,,,, Though still images come out good but the video recording is so bad .The phone cannot focus on anything, everything bcomes blur ,you have to stand still and focus but is that possible while shooting video? AND the phone is very heavy like almost around 160 gms it feels on the chest pocket even on the pant pocket also. ************ the BIGGEST let down of this phone is ,this phone gets heated up beyond imagination that it becomes impossible to hold the pdone. Just do a little browsing or gaming 5 mins is enough and than check temparature the highest that I got is 49 degrees. I have used many other mobiles but this experience is totally new and a big let down for this phone,if any ota update can help the issue to be sorted out ,coolpad should seriously look into the matter.I lready updated with ota update v21 and version v22 but that made no difference.

It's been 5 years I purchased my phone, I want mention some pros and cons 1. Its fingerprint reader was excellent , it detects with in fraction of seonds till this day. 2.camera was dam good (mainly front one). 3. Touch and display was also same experience the day I purchased it. 4.Settings and some smart features which are are available in many smartphones are assuming. For example C button it contains all options to control phone even without using thesound buttons and power button we can use this C button on screen, simple screenshots, very usefull app. 5. Hotsopt ,wifi conectivity also good, whenever phone got struck it automatically restarts the phone, I experienced this couple of times. 6. Multitasking was a pretty usefull application, so we can use two app at a time on single screen. 7. Coming to battery back up I changed the battery at my 4 th year , it worked very well upto 3 1/2 years afer that it stared draining heavily,so I changed it, it working good now at the end of 5th year of my purchase. 8. There are no any software updates for this phone from company. 9. Speakers of this phone was working above average now. Calling speaker makes little noise now, but loud speaker was working good. 10. Coming to hearing problem only heating coming from phone is fr the fringer print part , when phone used online from from than 2 or 3 hours sensor gets heated up like anything, phone screen also get heated if it is used under the warm environment. Finally I am very happy with my mobile ,it's like my friend, even thought one day it stops working ,it will be with me in my collections.
