Beware - Expensive solenoids required
No where in this product information does it state that you will need to replace the solenoid on each valve controlled by this controller and they run $45-$60 each.

Great Battery-Operated Controller
I think it is one of the best battery-operated (9V.) irrigation controllers on the market. Just make sure that you confirm how many zones it controls. The first one I purchased only had one zone and was incorrect. The last number in the model is the zones, (Example -1 / 1zone, -6 / 6 zones).

easy to program and use
Large LED display is easy to read in bright sunlight. Easy to program

Works fine but needs minor software update
Works great except couple programing features “watering on even days” and “watering on odd days” cannot be set up although, manual reads that those 2 features should be available. Also, I wish that when placing outside of irrigation box the controller should be fully enclosed to save the unit, particularly display, from UV damage.

Great idea! Make sure you have 9v valves!
I like the build quality and function. The idea is ingenious! Unfortunately the valves I had were 24 volt so I wasn’t able to use the controller
