Hewlett Packard Pac C2r-Vw2 Radio Replacement Interface (With Navigation Outputs For Select Volkswagen(R) Vehicles)

Very easy to install in my 2003 VW Jetta TDI with Monsoon Radio deck. I replace my factory deck with a Pioneer Stereo with bluetooth and this made the installation very easy. I just soldered the colored wires to alike color wires on the radio harness, plugged it in and everything worked great. Had to buy Antenna adapter since VW uses different interface to factory radio. People complained about trying to fit the harness in the dash with the stereo but if you run the factory plug to the right side under the hole for the deck there is plenty of room to connect this adapter and put the blue box connector and other wiring under the right side of the deck.

It does what it claims. Some of the cables have different colours than on the head units wiring harness, but nothing that can't be determined using the included colour chart.I've only had the unit in for one day, so I can't judge it's longevity. But it is just as good as the Connects2 kit I used with the previous unit before it was stolen.
