I have a small trucking company and we pay by miles instead of hourly or salary. How do I put in for miles that will change each week?

Go to the wage set up - Change the name to Miles (instead of Overtime or Vacation Pay or Sick pay) - then when you go to the employee list or pay driver will show the miles then in each employee to add the ?per mile to them and input the # of miles. Hourly & salary cannot change name but the others can - I took out overtime inserted miles - then in the employee list I edit the OT to say .40 - then when I paid my self 428 miles and it does work. thanks

There is a heading for Direct Deposit, but another program is needed to actually accomplish the task. The cost is a one-time fee of $199. Check with your bank to see if there are any additional charges for this service. I hope this helps.

It is usable

I didn't use any tech support - but I did need to make a journal entry into my Mobility software - I wished it had a few more options in paying an employee without tax - but its a canned package and it able to meet my needs so far. Definitely need to have an accounting back ground to make it adaptable - heads up. thanks Beth

Sent Windows XP Version

I purchased the ezPaycheck Payroll software from Amazon. The DVD-ROM was sent to me and I installed it on my computer but it wouldn't open. After running the troubleshooter I discovered that the version I installed from the DVD was for Windows XP (Service Pack 3). I cannot believe a company would still have this version on their shelves much less mail it to a customer.

The program is easy to set-up

The program is easy to set-up, and appears to be comprehensive. I was very disappointed to discover the cost of the program (I obtained it 2 weeks ago) was not valid for 2018, without purchasing another license key for a full year. Nowhere in the description does it indicate that a new license would be required or what the cost would be. I haven't even generated a check yet, and I need to pay another, hidden fee.
