I encountered a couple glitches when assembling the chair. I emailed the customer service email that was on the service card included in the box. Customer service responded promptly with proposed solutions. I received a second chair a few days later, at no extra charge. When assembling that chair, I encountered some difficulty getting one of the screws to go in. Took me a bit to realize that the threads in the screw were compressed. Fortunately, I had kept parts from the first chair, and I was able to switch out the screw. The chair is a little tricky to assemble. You have to have all the holes lined up just right. Helps to have a flashlight on hand. Successfully assembling the chair was time consuming for me, but I figure, I either pay with more time or more money. I think the chair is an excellent value for the price. It looks nice. And most importantly for my purposes, a client who perhaps weighs 400-500 pounds will be able to sit comfortably.

Needed to replace our old chair by the door for putting on shoes or taking them off. Was easy to assemble, sturdy, great price to. Shipped fast. When assembled looks just like the picture. I have had alot of comments on it to. The price with free shipping was amazing.

This chair feels very sturdy and looks nice. The wood tone had a bit more red to it than I expected based on the listing photos, but I am happy with the quality for the price. Easy to assemble as well. Some of the included plastic screw caps were loose but I fixed that with a little bit of wood glue.

I put a salon in my home so I needed 2 guest chairs. I love them. My clients say they're comfy and plenty of room for my larger clients. I love the look of them, very classy and pulled my salon together. My husband put each chair together in about 10 minutes. Very easy assembly. Comfortable and sturdy.

These are good chairs but assembly was a headache! I put a lot of furniture together but when the holes on piece 6 are not drilled properly and you have to scrape away wood to get the screw in you can imagine my frustration! But I got them together and they look great in my room! 3 stars Only because of assembly issues!

Legs and support came scratched. The buttons on the backrest aren’t straight as the top and middle row start to slant down from left to right (see in picture). Cushions also do no align with support thus making the whole cushion slanted. Not worth the price and the extra shipping they charge.

These chairs added just the right touch for my decorum. They are sturdy and comfortable. I am 5'9 and like the fact that they are not low and can easily support at least 300 lbs.

One of the supports is broken, I want to replace it with a new one, it's not broken
