I had a very low folate level and my Dr actually recommended this brand since the prescription was so expensive. It has worked and my levels are almost normal after a few months. Talk to your Dr before using as with all suppliments. I've had no side effects and it has no flavor.

Tried the others, came back to this one. Another one gave me stomach side-effects. This never does. Does it work? The blood test from my doc says yes. Worth trying. Good luck and hang in there, friend. : )

Opti-Folate is the same active ingredient as a very expensive prescription medication that does the same thing. I can definitely tell a difference in the efficacy of my medication when I don't take the supplement. My doctor was also impressed that I'd found a much more affordable option than the prescription supplement and was going to recommend it to other patients.
