Good
Ultra light foam sheet (craft foam type) with silver color on one side. Will reduce resonance but not heavy enough to dampen sheet metal vibrations. Purchased as a filler over stips of good quality (but very costly) damping sheets. works adequate if combined with good bitumen damping sheets.

The heat resistant layer "silver sheet" is not actually a heat resistant or sound dampening. It is just a silver sheet.

This very good from market price I used damping in my Maruti Swift 4 doors my install myself it's too good Iam happy with this product.

Good quality. Enough for two doors.
The product quality is satisfactory.One is enough for hood damping, OR two doors single layer damping. You will be left with some more which you can use to provide additional layer partially.This will definitely help get rid of those rattles, but will not prevent external noises (tyre,wind) completely.There is another listing of the same item from the same seller which costs INR 100 less. I bought that one also, but that one is only half as thick as this
