Be A Kid Again
I absolutely love this thing! Brought back memories from when I was younger. I was a little nervous at first. The other reviews mentioned how stiff the spring was, but it was no problem to me. The spring is very firm and gives you a good jump. I weigh between 165-170 lbs. I jumped for only 30 seconds and felt the workout in my legs and core before growing tired and having to jump off for a break. This is a great exercise tool. Feels like it's built to last. Great quality.

Great pogo stick... Active fun!
We are an active family. I try my hardest to get my kids outside for fun and games--not always the easiest thing in this day of video games, computers and texting. As a consequence, we have all sorts of goofy fun things around the house: kick sleds, bikes, scooters, tree swings, stilts--and pogo sticks. We own three pogos: The Super Pogo 1505, the Flybar Foam Master, and the Flybar Foam Maverick. Each one has it's place in our pogo stick stable. Without a doubt, the Super Pogo is the most advanced pogo stick. It's great for big kids (at least 100 lbs) and both my husband and I can bounce it for long periods of time (we are both over 200 lbs). It's comfortable. It's fun. The only negatives: after over a year of use, the metal face plate fell off (we reattached it... but it's purely cosmetic); after 2 years of use, a neighbor kid hit the grass while bouncing and sucked out the rubber tip. I'm now online looking for the replacement since you can't use it without that tip. This has given us many, many hours of fun. It's the most competitive of the pogos we own. It's more aggressive, more comfortable and more adult. The Foam Maverick is great for my youngest--who is unable to get any of the other pogos bouncing due to her size and weight (she is 9 years old, about 75 lbs). The Foam Master was originally purchased for my now 13 year old, but it wasn't aggressive enough for her as she bottomed out on it right away. We find that it works great for friends who are more hesitant bouncers and/or who aren't big/heavy enough to use the Super Pogo. Katie (the 13 year old) is AMAZING on powerstilts (sometimes called jumping stilts, like those here: http://www.amazon.com/Poweriser-Jumping-Stilt-Classic-198-266/dp/B002IAO8M6/ref=sr_1_16?ie=UTF8&qid=1369948237&sr=8-16&keywords=stilts She still loves bouncing on her pogo though. All 3 of my kids (ages 9, 13, 16) can bounce for well over 200 hops before stopping. It's a great workout and it's FUN!

Very Heavy duty and great for adults. Gift for adult son who had purchased a regular size for his 8 year old daughter. Now they can jump together!

POGO AT ANY AGE!
I really need to add some serious cardio in my workouts but I really do not like doing cardio. I love lifting weights, cardio not so much.I was trying to come up with some form that would not bore me to death like walking on the treadmill does. Then I remembered loving my pogo stick when I was a kid. I wasn't sure if they even made them anymore. Little did I know that they are still being enjoyed and are even being used in extreme sports. I did a lot of research. I wanted one that was sturdy and could support my weight. I was looking for something that wasn't too expensive in case I did not like it as much as I remembered. I finally decided on The Super Pogo 1505 after much research. It took me a long time to finally use it. I had not pogo-ed in decades and I was afraid that someone would laugh at a 58 year old woman jumping up and down on a pogo stick!!The weather finally warmed up enough and I went and hid myself in a corner of my neighborhood high school until it was almost dark but that's what it took to make me feel comfortable enough to do it for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I jumped right on and started jumping as if I had never stopped doing it. I kept the first workout short. I did only about 600 reps with 100 being consecutive jumps which only took about 15 minutes. It was fun and it got my heart rate up quickly. It had me sweating profusely right away, too. Now that I have gotten over my pogo shyness I will be doing it often to supplement my workouts. HOWEVER!!! Please be fore-warned that the potential for bruising is there... I am short and a bit chunky. The frame is a bit wide and the metal frame has edges as it is a square shape. I did end up with some unsightly bruising on the inside of my legs above the knee after only 15 minutes. It's not a deal breaker for me, however. I am researching pads for just that problem and have found none as of yet. I am going to trying get knee pads and turn the pad to the inside of my legs. Also I will try not hugging the frame tightly with my legs. Just be prepared for it and you will have fun. The minus one star in the rating is for the bruises. Ouch. I think the the Super Pogo 1505 is a great deal. It's very sturdy and I believe it will hold up for as long time. I am happy to be back on a pogo stick. I don't think it is any more dangerous than any other piece of equipment as long as the temptation to do something incredibly stupid while using it is met with resistance. Then, all bets are off.

More fun than I imagined!
I decided to buy a pogo stick as I have fond memories of one as a child/teenager. I was pleased to see that they make them for adults. I have had so much fun with this thing it's unreal! I am proud to say that even as a 50 year old woman, I'm pretty good at it still! I'm looking forward to this "stay at home" to be over so my friends can try it out as well! It's sturdy (actually quite heavy) and very well made. I have no problem getting it to bounce (I am just shy of the middle of the weight range listed) and I don't feel like it's going to fall apart or anything. Great product. I recommend to anyone who wants to relive their youth, get a good workout, impress their kids and friends, or for whatever reason! Good times during this pandemic.

Super Pogo
I bought this pogo stick with money from my fifteenth birthday, I instantly took it outside and bounced up a storm, fun-fun-fun. The second day though I used it to the point where friction made the glue holding the rubber stopper harden and the stopper fell out, luckily there's Gorilla Glue. Whether or not you've heard that you'll bang your knees up on this, you will, but only for about a week. my bruises were about five inches in diameter. Also, the foam grips will probably needs some sort of customizing, mine slide back and forth a little, and if your stick falls when the grips are off the edge a little they rip some. With all the negative things said first, this is a great pogo stick to get, it's the cheapest of the high end ones and the only with a spring. Another thing you may or may not have read about is the stiffness, I'm about one-hundred twenty-five pounds, the minimum recommended weight and I still clear two feet easy. As a workout you might find it hard aerobicly to bounce for a long time, during the summer after about twenty minutes I'll be sweating profoundly. The last thing I learned that I'll share is that if your buying this to get started in Xpogo like I was, don't expect to be doing tricks right away, it is hard I had experience from a Pogo Roo and there is a lot of balancing, manipulation, and skill involved, so you'll need to build up your strength/ability before you can pull off that 'Under the Leg Bar Spin 180 into a Body Wrap Reverse Stall'. Anyway, I hope you enjoy if you choose to buy this.

Fun Stuff!
Great Fun! I've had this about two weeks and love it! I've been on it almost everyday and it is good, quick exercise. I'm 62 years, 6-1 tall and 180lbs. This would easily take 200#s. It is sturdy and well made. Comfortable handles and foot rests. It is noisy out of the box, but a little 3-in-1 oil quieted that right down. It took a bit to learn to use it. Balance- I hadn't been on one since I was a kid, so had to re-learn by using in the garage, holding onto one of the side door rails. Also- as noted by others, there is a plate that can knock your knees, but if you pull up on the handle bars, your knees stay tight to the sides and there is no knocking. I'm pleased with this and have no problem recommending it.

Well Made
Wow! It's like my son can bounce 10 feet in the air! Powerful. A little heavy for the small 10 year old, however, well made and fun!
