Does it also clean up the dirt in the bottom of the pool or is the net wholes to big?

It picks up really REALLY well but what I do for super fine dirt is I cut a leg off a pair of panty hose and put them over top instead of the bag. It was a very tight fit but that's what I needed so it didn't pop off once I submerged it. That picked up EVERYTHING.

Is a filter bag included in the box

The "bag" to catch the debris attaches on top of the "vacuum" (actually a fan) and it's awesome and yes it comes with it!
