Are these 1L canteens? Anyone have dimensions?

It is just below a liter, I believe it's a standard canteen size of 32 ounces. (A Liter is 33.8 ounces so not much of a difference)

Is this made of HDPE or Tritan? (What's the number inside the triangle recycle symbol?)

The Nalgene Oasis is made from Eastman Tritan.

Will the Sawyer Mini screw on to the Nalgene BPA Free Tritan Oasis Canteen 32 Oz Narrow Mouth Bottle?

A Sawyer Mini or Squeeze will not screw onto the Oasis. You can however use a USGI Canteen cap on the Oasis canteens. If you use an NBC cap and gut the valve, you can turn the canteen into a straw drinking canteen. You can then add the Sawyer inline with the straw.

Can it be placed in the freezer overnight without cracking

I keep mine 2/3rds full in the freezer every night with the lid off. Take it out, top off with water, and head out.
