One of the best center ruler I purchase. Heavy gauge metal - 20 gauge / .0375", doesn't bend easily, no cork on backside. It has conversion tables engraved on the back side. I would give this center ruler a 10 if I could. Unfortunately, the 24" got bent in shipping. Seems to be the case with me. The vendor did not have any more in stock currently. I was able to straighten enough and decided to keep it, instead of returning item. Shipping nut's have a habit damaging my rulers, 3 in the past 2 years. The last 24" ruler I got, I made sure it was in a box big enough with other items so the ruler didn't get damage. If you are looking for great center rulers I would highly recommend this one in my opinion.

Very Accurate and easy to use.... I like the fact that it has the exact middle point at 6 inches on the 12 inch ruler- it’s marked very clearly.Are used it to help my daughter do measurements for a habitat that we are making for her bearded dragon lizard.

Nice strong material with almost no flex. Measuring marks are clean and precise. Width of the ruler is 1.75 inches. I would certainly buy this again. Very happy with this purchase.

I've been 'playing' with paper crafts for a number of years and have always found it a bit challenging to get my card elements lined up and evenly spaced. I wish I'd found this 12" Center Finding Ruler sooner! Well, thanks to this "Center Finding Ruler" I don't have that problem any longer. It's so simple to use, merely begin by holding the ruler over your project with the small center circle about where you would think the center is and look both the left and right on the ruler to see the numbers (or small lines). Line the small lines so they are the same on both the left and right edges and you will have your perfect middle above the mid-point circle on the ruler. Another neat thing about this ruler is that the numbering system is not only painted black but actually etched on the metal. You don't find that sort of quality workmanship much in things nowadays. Also the metal corners have been rounded so there are no sharp corners. This Centering Ruler has a hole on one end so it can be hung for easy access. There is a bonus conversion table on the backside with lots of fractions to decimal measurements. These helpful conversions are also painted and etched. What quality for such a low price. I'm glad I found this item and highly recommend it's use for both crafters and DIY folks.

I use this to measure holes for bookmaking. It is easier to line up the lines on either side of a center point to divide a space between existing holes or marks. Way easier than doing the math longhand, and quicker for those math challenged people like me. It works for me, and is less embarrassing than having to ask my husband to do the math for me....

Scale is easy to see and use. Ruler has a nice feel to it and is just the right thickness and width for moving it around as I am marking my wood pieces. Glad I bought it. My wife is eyeing it for her crafting projects with mounting pictures and stuff. Might have to get a second one for her.

The scale does not start at the edge of the ruler, I don't like rulers with that option. I want to measure right at the very edge of the ruler. I understand that as use goes up the edge might lose its edge or accuracy but usually that doesn't happen. I do like the center "0" set up.
