We bought the clip on that holds these originally from the grocery store. These refills fit perfectly. They are wonderful for stuffy noses and colds. These are especially great for having babies that are too young to have cough medicine. They stay clipped on very well. I have not had any issues with them falling off. My toddler will wear hers all day without trying to pull it off. I clip it on her shirt collar toward the back so she doesn't notice it.

I LOVE this so much and will rave about it forever! I bought this when my daughter was about 6 months old and tbh I love the old version but The newer one is still a godsend and works no different! Filters are easy to change out and while it is advertised as 12 hour strength they last longer than that just not as potent of course! But this helps so much with those stuffy noses at night and keeps night nursing a bliss when they aren’t feeling well which is an A+ for me 🙌🏽. My littles never complain about it when they get used and it has never fallen off throughout the night even with tossing and turning! My daughter actually may have lost the newer version so if I don’t find it I will absolutely be getting another! If you’re on the fence of this, I hope my comment helped! Worth every penny! Honestly this would even be a great baby shower gift!!

I usually clip it on my children’s pants, not their shirt. My little one was crying one time that the smell was so strong it was burning his eyes. Other than that it’s a useful clip when your children are congested and they need some comfort especially at night.

We love this clip. My 8 months old uses it and I don't have to worry vicks getting in his face. This item works great. The clip doesn't fall during sleep and the smell is not that strong. This item is easy to use.
