Trusted Synthetic Oil That Performs Consistently
I've used Valvoline full synthetic oil for routine maintenance, and it's always been a reliable choice. The oil pours cleanly, meets the manufacturer's specifications, and gives me confidence that the engine is getting the protection it needs between oil changes. The 5-quart container is easy to handle and pours without making a mess. After changing the oil, the engine ran smoothly and quietly, and I've had no issues during normal driving. Valvoline has a long-standing reputation for quality, and this oil continues to perform exactly as expected.Overall, this is a dependable full synthetic motor oil that's a great option for anyone looking to help protect their engine and maintain performance. If your vehicle calls for SAE 5W-30, this is a quality product from a trusted brand that I'd have no hesitation using again.

“Reliable Full‑Synthetic for my F‑150 DIY Maintenance”
I picked up this oil because dealership service costs keep rising, and I prefer having full‑synthetic stock on hand for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on my F‑150. The shipment included four 5‑quart jugs of Valvoline Advanced Full Synthetic 5W‑30, all factory‑sealed and packaged tightly. No leaks, no cracked caps, and none of the shipping failures other reviewers have mentioned. From a technical standpoint, this oil meets the current Ford WSS‑M2C961‑A1 spec and covers all the API SP/GF‑7A requirements for modern turbocharged engines. The jugs were clean, date‑coded, and ready to use. Packaging integrity matters when storing oil long‑term, and these arrived in ideal condition for shelf storage. This is a solid option for vehicles that require advanced thermal stability and deposit control, especially turbocharged engines that run hotter and benefit from a stronger additive package. It’s also a good fit for DIY owners who keep extra quarts on hand for mid‑interval top‑offs or full changes. It may not be necessary for older engines that don’t require synthetic or for anyone who relies exclusively on dealership service.Overall, this is a reliable full‑synthetic oil with the right certifications for modern Ford engines, and it’s a smart buy if you maintain your own truck and want quality oil ready to go.

Valvoline Advanced Full Synthetic Motor Oil – Excellent Protection and Performance
I’ve been using Valvoline Advanced Full Synthetic SAE motor oil and I’m very satisfied with the results. It provides excellent engine protection and helps keep the engine running smoothly and quietly. One thing I really like is how it performs in different temperatures. Whether it’s hot or cold, the oil maintains good stability and flow, which gives me confidence that my engine is well protected in all conditions. I also noticed smoother performance after the oil change. The quality feels premium, and it’s a trusted brand that many mechanics recommend. It helps reduce engine wear and keeps everything clean inside, which is very important for long-term engine life.Overall, this is a high-quality synthetic oil that delivers great performance and reliability. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants strong engine protection and peace of mind when driving.

Reliable for a performance sports sedan
So I have a 2012 CTS V, lots of upgrades and such, 750 hp (roughly 600 rwhp) as my daily driver. I have blown a piston rod and had to pay for a rebuild and since that was pricey, I don't really want that to happen again. I have been servicing the car myself lately and after doing a complete brake rotor/pad replacement, I decided to do my own oil change instead of paying $80 for a crappy one with Penzoil. I researched the whole synthetic oil comparos and finally decided to use Amsoil (BTW, Mobil 1, Royal Purple and Lucas all did poorly). Only problem is, it isn't easy to find and it is expensive for a 6.5 L oil change. So what is second or third best? Second best would be Castrol Edge with Titanium and that is $40 for 5L, but this is the third best option for $25 and if I burn oil, like when I "drive aggressively" I can replace without breaking the bank (hey, Premium gas fill ups 2-3 times a week add up). The results aren't spelled out so you have to draw your own conclusions based on the results of all five tests. Point is, this comparison done by Amsoil convinced me and although they want you to choose their product, you have to balance finances with quality. Here is the link below but a Google search will give you the same article done in 2013.https://www.amsoil.com/lit/g3115.pdfSo why not 5 stars, well, it is the third best choice out of oils tested and it ranks near the top or in the middle on all the tests (but never at the bottom).

Excelente aceite
