How does this product compare to Elmer repositional glue sticks?

I’ve ne very used Elmer’s, but I’ve always been happy with Scotch.

I use it for paper piecing for quilting so I use it for the restickable, removable option; it doesn’t leave any residue if that’s what you’re wondering?

Can this be used to make a sticky Note?

I suppose it could. Best bet is to buy post-its. You can run it on a piece of paper and then use it like a post it, but it won't be as good.
