Low sodium, great quality
I am on a sodium restricted diet due to congestive heart failure. This low sodium tuna is affordable and very good quality. Highly recommended if to//you like tuna but can't do salt (which I found out is the invisible killer).

Best canned tuna I have had.
Best canned tuna I've had. Oil is not overbearing. The tuna is generally in large pieces/flakes, rather than a mess at the bottom of the can. Personally, I think this is better than other brand's flavored tuna. I happily eat it on rye bread or just straight out of the can. My dogs hover around me when I eat it as well, as they both want a taste. It's inexpensive. It's healthy. It fills you up. You can use it in a ton of recipes or eat it right from the can. Do not cheap out and get a lesser quality tuna - as a tuna fan, I promise you.
