Very good piece of gear for a very low price.
This is a very good piece of gear, especially for someone looking for a low priced, quality and semi-customizable piece of gear. I have two of these chest rigs and have really liked them. I originally bought one of these just to have a good low priced basic chest rig that I could abuse and not worry too much about unlike some of the higher end brands. I put a "double kangaroo" double mag pouch on what would be my "weak side". that allows me to carry a total of 8 rifle magazines and 8 pistol magazines. On what is my "strong side" I have a large trauma focused IFAK that I pieced together. Behind the molle there are velcro sealed pockets which I store an additional rifle mag and some other items. Even with the weight of the 3 extra rifle mags, 2 extra pistol mags, IFAK and the other few items, the shoulder straps are not unbearable like others I've worn for extended periods of time. I've had the two chest rigs for over 2 years and the color (black) hasn't faded. I've mostly worn this while driving and have done extended training in this. The stitching is still in good condition as are the bungee straps that retain the rifle mags. I usually wear this over a slick faced plate carrier and it seems to work well. I really like the quick release buckles. If I need to drop all the weight in a hurry, I can with just a couple clicks. The mag pouches are sewn into the vest so you cannot remove them like I originally thought you could. One thing I don't like is that the chest rig, when fully loaded, sticks out a fair amount. When you go to lay on the ground it gets in the way and doesn't allow you to lay flat. This is just the nature of chest rigs in general. Overall, I would and have recommended this to friends.

BEST buy I could have made!
This is an awesome chest gear rig by Condor. This will fit large people easily. If you are small and skinny, you might have a bit of a problem even with adjusting all the belts and straps.I wanted to purchase a tactical vest but was concerned because as a large and 'well endowed' woman, I thought that the vest might not fit comfortably, or be too large and loose, or to small and tight around the chest. So I went with this chest rig. This is a GREAT BUY for the price! I have plenty of room with this. It will easily fit over even layers of clothing if I want to do this. The material is like other rough use tactical gear - the seams are double stitched. You can hold 6 - 8 AR-15/M-4 mags easily in the pockets intended for this, and pistol mags (4+) in the designated pockets - or you can use the front pocket for other gear to carry. There is also a mesh pocket that is on the inside of the rig, next to your body, where you could carry maps or other papers or gear. There is MOLLE setup on the side if you want to add additional gear to carry with you. The shoulder straps also have the ability to attach gear to - i.e. hunting or tactical knife, 2 way radio, etc..I'm still exploring all the possibilities with this! All I can say is that if you want a good, sturdy, well-made chest rig, Condor has made it! I always hate when people tell me to 'buy it', but if you are looking for a versatile gear carrying chest rig that will last a long time, at a great price, and fit those of us who are large-bodied, then GO FOR IT!

Not bad for the money
You get what you pay for, right? Well, in this case not true. Let me tell you up front that the people who can't make it fit aren't trying. I'm 5'9" and 185lbs on a medium frame. I'm not Arnie but I'm no fattie as I run 5k's for sport. Once you adjust this thing right it will fit just fine. I actually managed to get it too tight for winter use and had to loosen it up a bit. It's comfortable, surprisingly so. It doesn't flop or sag fully loaded once you adjust it right. You should be putting the weight on the shoulders and waist evenly, just like a backpack. To control flop, make sure the back belt (it goes on your CHEST, not your belly folks!) is tight enough to hold it in place and the shoulder straps put closer to your lower ribs/sternum. On me, it fits nicely between my belly button and pecs. The shoulder straps cross at the back which helps with fit and comfort. Both shoulder straps are paddedEverything else of a comparable setup was three to five times the price for half the capacity and looked damned uncomfortable. This thing costs less than a 'taco' pouch one group makes. I've used mine in outdoor tactical training and ran like a mother with it for 6 hours while shooting and scooting. Bottom line, it's no SOE gear but it's good enough, and it didn't cost me more than a case of ammo. The pro's:-Low cost, how many chest rigs not made of paper can you find for 35 bucks?-Good once you size it to yourself, take your time!-Decent setup overall-Pistol mag pouches can be modified by changing the flap's attachment to fit tools, knives and other items.the Con's:-Hard to adjust but you have to keep at it.-Hard to reinsert magazines sometimes-Cant adjust the main rifle mag pockets-Not a ton of room on the side molle panels. I wish they extended back a bit further. Right handers wouldn't want to put anything on the strong side unless it has a lower profile than the main carrier pouch. e.g. an admin pouch would fit comfortably but not an issue IFAK, it could interfere with drawing your secondary if you use a drop leg rig.Bottom line, you're not going to find anything close to this in quality at this price.

It is what it is, and it does it well
If you are a tactical operator operating operationally... then what the farkquad are you doing looking at this? Seriously, go buy some HSGI or Eagle kit or something jeez. For all the rest of us who don't repel inverted into hot LZs every Thursday, this bud's for you!Right, its nylon, its mag pouches, its pretty solid kit for all us non-ninjas who want to have something to "grab and go" and not have $500 in kit sit in our closet 99.9999% of the time.I've used this thing out hog hunting kicking through the sticks in east Texas, and it holds your kit together and holds up to some pretty good abuse. The mag pouches are big enough to work with 7.62 AK mags (are snug but work) as well as AR mags and have Velcro dividers that MIGHT make the pouches big enough for .308 mags. Now, the pistol pouches are a biiiiit snug, a Glock 17/19 mag works fine, but my XD-45 mags we a total no-go, like not even close to fitting. There is a map pouch and plenty of extra webbing slots to make adding more kit like an IFAK too easy. What else hmm, oh the buckles look like they might be less than incredibly sturdy but I have taken several tumbles with this thing loaded out (stupid roots) and they held together just fine. And I don't think the item description says it but this thing comes with a belt that goes across your back to hold it to your body as well as the two shoulder straps.Over all, for all us prepared civilians, I'd say this kit is all we could ask for, excellent quality and value for the money.

Great Product! Gamer Approved!
For anyone saying this isn’t adjustable — check again. I’d honestly say it’s almost too adjustable. Every strap on this thing can be dialed in — shoulders, waist, back — all of it. Whether you're running it over a hoodie, plate carrier, or just a t-shirt, it’ll fit.Build quality is solid, pouches are well-placed, and it’s comfortable for extended wear. Great option for airsoft, range days, or general loadout setups.

Excellent chest rig!
I was a little nervous about ordering this. I'm 6'1", 260 lbs and have a bit of a spare tire going on. I was concerned that this might not fit well. However, for the money, I thought it was worth the risk.Well, the rig arrived, and it is awesome! If you're a bigger guy or gal, and worried about sizing, don't hesitate to buy this! There is enough adjustment that it would probably fit someone taller and up to maybe 400lbs!The shoulder straps and waist strap have a large amount of adjustment built in to them. I gave the straps a quick adjustment to get it roughly sized in, and everything fits well. I would recommend that if you wanted to adjust for ride height and sizing, either load up 6-8 AR mags and put them in the vest, or otherwise get some weight in the pouches. What I thought was a good length on the shoulder straps when it was empty needed adjustment once I put weight in the pouches. But, that's to be expected. I'm still fine tuning it, but I've basically snugged up the waist strap as much as possible, and I could personally still take it a little tighter! The quality of construction is excellent. Everything looks well stitched and well put together. You don't get a ton of open MOLLE webbing on either side (between the last pouch and where the MOLLE webbing ends), but it's enough for a holster, first aid pouch, or some other pouch.Ultimately, I was looking for something that could hold 4-6 AR mags and 3-5 pistol mags for when I take a carbine training class. I'm not an LEO or Military guy, and I'm on a budget, so most chest rigs and plate carriers were either overkill or way too expensive. This rig fit my needs perfectly!!

Runs Large
For the price, this isn't a terrible product. Light weight and holds a fair amount of mags. I like the small pouch on the inner portion of the rig, I can fit my S&W Bodyguard in it perfectly. The pistol mag pouches are very tight though, and it is difficult to even get a small flashlight in one. Also the straps to retain the pistol mags are built for full size pistol mags only (roughly 15 rounds). My HK P30L mags fit perfect, but my Glock 26 and S&W shield mags are a bit short. They fit in, but the straps to keep them in don't really cover them all that great. It'll still work, just be aware they won't be as snug as you might like. The AR mags fit perfect, hold in there perfect, and there are no complaints in that department. My main issue is the sizing. I am a decent sized man, I wear XL shirts, 5'11 205lbs. This rig is almost too droopy on me. It doesn't sit as high as I'd like, even after tightening it to the max. The lower back strap doesn't help distribute the weight that much either. It's wearable for sure, just wish it would fit a bit more snug. If you're smaller than me, I'd recommend another product. It is very easy to get on and off. I did wish it came with some velcro/ hook and loop patches, but it wasn't advertised to so I can't really dock them on that. My last "complaint" which isn't really fair because it's not designed or advertised to do this....would be that I cannot get my S&W bodyguard to clip on in its kydex holster. I've tried various spots, but found that having it in the inner pouch works best. Just not the best for quick access. I can wear this rig along with my duty belt which features 2 sets of dual pistol mag holsters, and a matchweight kydex hip holster for my HK P30L. No issues drawing, or reloading mags while wearing the chest rig too. Overall its not a bad product for the price. Just know it runs a little big.

Excellent quality tactical gear made by Condor.
I have two of these. The coyote brown I deployed with in Afghanistan for 8 months. It worked great and I have not had any issues with it. Just a great inexpensive and practical way to carry 6 magazines for both rifle and pistol simultaneously. I trained at the old BlackWater site and used it there for shooting drills and it never let me down. I highly recommend buy one or two of them and having them on hand. I would typically wear this over my body armor or just over my jacket or shirt. I added a knife to one of the straps on the rig and I have two pouches on each side for misc gear or tourniquets. I used the rig to carry 6 mags x 30 mags for my M4 and 6 mags x 13 rounds for my Sig 9mm P229 = 258 rounds plus the 1 mag in my AR and 1 mag in my Sig on my duty belt = 301 rounds in total with my kit. If you want to carry your pistol mags on your duty belt and not on the Condor rig you can do that or carry them on the rig and not on a duty belt or not use a duty belt at all, those are all options to choose from. Or you could carry six 13 round mags on your duty belt and on the rig and add 78 rounds to the above figures and have a total of 156 rounds of 9mm on you so you can provide ammo to your battle buddies who are stupid and only bring 2/3 mags on their kits thinking, "...well if I'm ever in a fire fight and I need more than 3 mags of anything I'm pretty much dead anyway..." Don't be THAT GUY! BETTER TO BRING MORE AMMON THAN YOU NEED THAN NOT HAVE ENOUGH AMMO WHEN YOU NEED IT is my way of thinking. You can always downgrade and store the ammo in a rucksack or an ammo can but at least you got the fkin ammo on you in an organized manner.

Condor chest rig for use in airsoft
This is a top quality, very well made chest rig. Its versatile design allows for many types of AEG & pistol mags to be stored with ease. It still has plenty of Molle space for more pouches so you can customise it further to suit you requirements. The shoulder straps are padded for extra comfort, i have added a 3L hydration pack to the back of the rig and have fed the straps into the shoulder straps on the condor rig, this allows you to put on the system in one go - perfect! The rig also has two document pouches that are located just behind the mag pouches (against the wearers chest) and two further mag pouches found on the left and right side of the rig.I was very impressed when i received the item and for £33 pounds you will not find better, believe me i looked around for months before making this purchase - to find something at this quality with all the pouches already in place this is an amazing deal !!!!Pro's:very comfortable, quick to put on, molle space for additional pouches, 8 AEG mag pouches, 6 pistol mag pouches, adjustable straps to fit most sizes, document / map dry storage, easily adaptable/customisable, good solid quality fastenings, ALL AT A GREAT PRICE!Con's:Seriously I haven't found any, I have worn this the last three times i've played and found it to be extremely comfortable even with a full 3L water pack on my back - top rig!

Bon produit
