An Excellent Kitchen Upgrade
Although we were a bit skeptical we bought this based upon all of the positive Amazon reviews. Although it's too early to know how it will hold up long term, our initial perception on the quality and aesthetics of this faucet is that it is a high quality faucet that rivals name brand products costing 4-5 times more. It looks beautiful, feels solid, and the water pressure is improved vs the American Standard it replaced. My wife loves it! The color change on water temperature does work but for us that's more of a gimmick rather than a needed feature. The install instructions are a little lacking, which is why I docked a star on "Easy To Install". In fairness it is easy to install if you know basic plumbing. It took me less than an hour to remove the existing single hole faucet and install this faucet in a granite countertop. The advice from prior reviewers to pre-install the braided water hoses onto to faucet taking note from the instruction drawing which is HOT and COLD before dropping in the faucet was a must for our install. Also, the accessories section of the instructions refer to an O-Ring, Rubber washer, Nut, and Screw Cap. However there is also a metal washer that's not listed but included and is depicted in a later illustration. I'll summarize the sequence below for anyone who'd like a little extra guidance, but to sum up we are really happy with this purchase and if it would have had a name brand on it we would have not thought twice about it costing a lot more. You may find the following install info useful. I'm going to use the part names and (numbers) provided in the instructions: 1. Insert the black O-Ring (2) into the groove on the bottom of the Faucet (1) 2. Hand tighten the HOT and Cold Hoses (6) onto the Faucet (1). Do your twisting/threading of each hose as close to the faucet base as possible. Note: the illustration in Step 4 of the instructions indicates which hole the HOT and COLD should be threaded to. 3. Drop the hoses through and thread the brass Nut (4) onto the Faucet base (1) The shorter thread section is towards the faucet. Hand tighten. 4. Carefully drop the faucet into place through the opening in your countertop or sink hole taking care to have the O-ring on the bottom of the faucet sit so that it is centered over the hole. I'd recommend you have someone else to hold the faucet in place at this point until the install is finished so it doesn't shift. 5. From underneath the sink first slip the clear Rubber Washer (3), followed by the brass Washer (no part #) onto the threaded brass Nut (4) and then screw on the Screw Cap (5) taking care not to over tighten it. Tighten the two set screws on the Screw Cap (5) but don't over tighten. Attach the braided hoses to your HOT and Cold water supply lines.

Worth the money, even without the light
So the light is cool. Unnecessary, but cool. Something else to talk about this holiday when the family comes over and asks what's going on with our sink. More importantly, this has the look and feel of a faucet that you would think should cost at least twice as much. The pot-filler arm swings freely behind the spray arm so that you can move one without worrying about hitting the other. Even though it is short, it just reaches the corner of the second sink, so you can fill that one without having to use the sprayer. Pressure is fantastic compared to the unit we replaced, even after running the water full-hot for extended periods. Presume this has washerless valves, because there is a very positive feel to the off/on with none of the "squishiness" you get from a rubber washer valve. The spray arm detaches easily from its holder, and has a locking mechanism for hands-free operation if you want to fill both sinks at once while you do something else. Even with both spigots running, there was only about a 20% decrease in flow. If you have ever worked in a restaurant, you will recognize the sprayer mechanism. It is easy to operate with one hand, and the tension on the flexible spring (which returns the sprayer to its holder) is perfect. As for installation, I agree with the reviewer who advised assembling the supply tubes to your plumbing before mounting the faucet. We replaced some of the under-the-sink copper pipe with PEX tubing which we pre-fit to the faucet, then joined to the copper with sharkbite shutoffs. Simple, easy, reliable, and well worth the expense and effort.

Handsome, well made and multi-functional faucet
I don’t usually write reviews on Amazon, but had to for this one. I was looking to replace a well worn kitchen faucet of a similar style and came across this one during 2021 Prime Days. I should have bought it then but waited until the sale was over. I still got it for $144 but it was half the price on Prime Day. Installation was fairly simple and the instructions were well written. One thing about the installation I would change is to have the factory pre-install the cold/hot water hoses on the faucet. These are a little tricky to tighten and can really only be hand tightened because the nuts attach inside the belly of the bottom part of the faucet. So far, I love this thing. I like that it has a regular nozzle for every day use and a sprayer that can be operated severally from the regular nozzle. It appears to be well built and I don’t see any cheap chrome on it. The handle of the nozzle is solid and beefy so it’s easy to grip. You can direct the water from the regular nozzle to the sprayer by rotation a little metal knob just above the regular nozzle. You can also lock the spray nozzle open for hands-free use. I like these features. Overall, I am very pleased. We are on a well and have hard water so let’s see how long this lasts.

Great Faucet
I love it but my friends and family have a difficult time understanding how it works thats why I am not giving it 5 stars. I keep my faucet set to use the Handle. If you want the water to come out of the Sprayer with the handle there is a tiny knob to switch to put it to this setting and then you have to squeeze the handle for it to run otherwise no water will come out. When not set to the handle mode and you use the faucet when you turn the water on the water will run from the faucet. It truly lights up red for hot and blue for cold. I've had this product for 5 years now and the light still works when you turn on the faucet. I love the look of it in my kitchen.

Not As Good As I Had Hoped (Update-Problem Resolved))
I purchased this faucet in November 2019. it was quite easy to install and, overall, the faucet has worked well since installation. The problem is withe the gimmicky LED lights. They look real fancy, even though the color changes "according to water temperature" as the manufacturer advertises, is a joke. Even that is not the critical problem. Every time the faucet is turned on, the LED lights turn on and a terrible squealing noise emanates from the faucet. Sometimes it can be stopped by turning the water off, then on, then off several times. Other times., nothing will stop it. If the water is at a low flow, the squeal is light, but the harder the flow, the louder the squeal and it can be heard through the entire house. I have tried to contact the manufacturer but with no success. Their 'message center' on their website is also a joke; in addition, they provide no phone number. Buyer beware. Update: After a disappointing experience trying to use their online 'message center to submit a request fro information, I used the provided email and received a very prompt response from the manufacturer's customer service department. I assume their website was having issues the day I tried to use it. They obtained my home address and very quickly sent me a new LED/aerator assembly, which was super easy to install. The new one works perfectly, NO squealing and the water stream is even much better. The noise was the only complaint I had and now that the problem is resolved, I give the faucet a solid 5 star rating!

Great faucet
Simple install, easy to use. Love the changing color to indicate water temp. Sprayer has a lock that makes rinsing dishes easy.

Moderately easy install, looks great.
8/2019 Getting the supply lines attached per the very lame instructions was a the trickiest part. But I got them installed on the faucet before running them through the counter top. Instructions want to run the lines up from below 1st. This will not work as you need to screw in the supply lines. The supply lines are marked with red and blue tracers for hot and cold. And if you carefully decipher the instructions you will get hot to hot and cold to cold, but they are not marked inside the faucet base. I bought this to replace a 4 year old similar one that the sprayer hose started leaking from the hose, "BWE Brushed Nickel Kitchen Sink Faucet Pull Out Down Sprayer Mixer Taps Bar Sink Faucets" The colored LED is a novelty, I can take it or leave it. The sprayer unit and mount are on a longer arm so the regular faucet can swing freely without hitting the sprayer unit. The sprayer unit has a more restaurant commercial look and feel. Sprayer has a lock on it so you can turn it on and use both hands to wash or work. It is a gentle spray compared to my previous one, I may miss that feature, time will tell. This is day one of the install, no leaks and pretty easy to install. I will post updates if anything changes. but so far a great deal for the money.

Sprayer cap is a problem
The unit is very nice-- I have had the faucet/sprayer since March 2024. Last week the sprayer cap partially separated from the bell of the sprayer. I thought it could simply be snapped back in. No luck-- The more I tried, the wider the separation. I would like to purchase a new cap and see if the sprayer can be repaired. If not, the most salient feature of the unit is lost. The heat-sensitive lights only worked for a week or so--but it is a feature I care little about.

Issues with LED and water leak
Very disappointing, was initially very pleased with the tap. Couple of months later the LED stopped working and I noticed water leaking with a tiny hole in the arm of the tap causing limescale, found it very odd, how’s that possible and now I have seen a few more and am very concerned. Tried to see if I can reach out and get it repaired but there’s no option. Writing here in the hope that someone can help.
