Why are some of the dands stamps on prime and others are not? if i order multipel dands stamps in the same order do i still have to pay the $7.00 fee

Because some are stored here in Europe and we ship them from here and we apologise for that.

Thank you for your answer. The second half of the question was if I order multipul stamps in one order do I have to pay seperate shipping?

You pay shipping once for package from Europe yes.
