The too frequent orange people.
In this book we can see that the artist does know how to color faces without that orange tint that Copic seems to somehow feel is natural for Caucasian humans. Some of her artwork is lovely and natural looking. There are still a lot of orange faces In many of her pictures, though! The book is useful but, annoying, because I am so tired, as a fair skinned person, of seeing orange people. What’s with Copic? When have you ever seen a person with orange-ish tints in their skin?

Great for new and experienced Copic users
I am new to the use of Copics and in an area where there no longer as independent papercrafting stores. I wanted to learn how to use Copics correctly and these books have helped me considerably. Very worthwhile purchase.

I teach card making classes and bought this for one of my students for her birthday, shading is everything in coloring techniques so hopefully it will be a big help to her.

If you're looking to draw STRICTLY CARTOON PEOPLE, then this is a OKAY guide.
I'm a teenager who's recently had a growing interest in Copics. My parents bought this coloring guide for my and I'd have to say they should have just stuck to the books I put on my wishlist. If you're looking for a how-to book for Copics, don't buy this. I want to draw anime not, silly cartoons. When you buy a book like this, it's teaching you how to draw a specifically like the artist. I don't want to draw childish people. The only drawing in the hole book with actual eyes that aren't dots is the picture on the front! Unless you're looking to draw goofy cartoon like the one's shown in the cover, DON'T BUY THIS.

Banale
