I really like it so far. It's been stuck to the clean acrylic tub wall for about 2 months now, holding a handheld ~1.7# showerhead almost constantly, removing and replacing the *showerhead* a few times a week. We don't move the product itself whatsoever, so we haven't had to use the adhesive circle that comes with it for added strength. I appreciate the quick install without having to do anything permanent or severe to my shower. Yes it's plastic, so I was very gentle when installing without incident. The metallic coating makes it appear like a higher quality product. It's a balancing act: you want a material to be light enough to stick to the wall, soft enough to not scratch your showerhead, but durable enough to hold the pivoting joint in place. It does the first two well. I'm nervous to crank it tight for a different angle, but have no reason to: we need the angle that points the showerhead as far down as possible, so I leave the joint comfortably tight and gravity keeps it where we need it. If I were to tilt the showerhead up a bit, I'd need to tighten it more to hold that position; not something I'm willing to do. To improve the product, the durability of the tightening area should be improved so it can hold other angles without fear of breaking.

It's a pretty good product. Lasted about a year. The suction was good. Every so often you would need to remove it, clean and re-suction it. Only problem is the handle that holds the shower got "Weak". I say this, because my shower head is a bit heavier than a regular shower head. It eventually could not hold the weight. It keeps slipping off once the water was off. I would assume it would be great for regular shower heads. It still works great if I had a regular shower head.

You must clean your smooth surface (shower wall) I used vinegar on a rag) . When you place it you will pull back the lever so far it seems like it will break but it will snap into place which pulls the suction rubber pad tight and creates a strong hold. I’ve read reviews and instructions that say it must be a non porous surface, not tile or textured plastic. You must get that tight snap. It is not designed to just press on and Stick by itself, you must pull the handle down. When I don’t like is that I cannot maneuver the head once it’s in the holder to make it higher or lower, but I can turn the base to the left or right. But the greatest thing of all is that I’m able to take my hose down and use it without having to risk falling because I’m on my toes in the shower. So if you’re short, this is a godsend.☺️

I like the holder. Unfortunately, it falls off the shower wall about once every month. At night it's annoying as the dog starts barking.

I'm sick and wanted to sit in the bathtub and let the hot water run on my back. DONE. Got this for a great price, and same-day delivery. It sticks to the wall great! I got the suction cup wet first but didn't bother cleaning the wall with alcohol and all that craziness that's usually recommended (I'm sick and not in the mood, lol). It still stayed right where I stuck it the first time. It does come with a clear plastic disc you can stick to the wall, for the suction cup to stick to if needed but I specifically got this so I can stick it in multiple spots to suit the moment. Speaking of which, ladies, I see this being handy when I'm feeling better too, if you follow. I was worried about whether it would fit on my size tile, since I saw mostly subway tiles in the product photos/videos, but it's perfect. Mine (see pics) are your basic, old-fashioned 4.25" tiles. The suction cup is right about 3" diameter. It looks like shower wand handles are a fairly common size, cause this fits mine perfectly. Although it is a bit tapered from top to bottom so if yours is slightly bigger or smaller than mine it should work fine too. It's a ball joint so it tilts up and down, left & right, (and all the diagonals in between), and swivels 360°. And you can screw-tighten that when you get the angle where you want it so it stays there. I was going to suggest a bit of rubber on the inside of the handle receiver so the handle doesn't twist inside the holder, but that's really not something that would happen unless you're stretching it across the whole shower like I am here, lol. All in all, very happy! And expect to be even happier with future use. And no, I wasn't compensated and I'm not some influencer even though this is long, was just excited.

After a recent surgery, this holder was a game changer. It allows me to shower independently without having to hold the shower head. I like that the holder can both swivel and tilt, although the tilt doesn't hold position very well. The suction holds great so far. In all, it does what I needed it to do.

This product is very good. We used it to lower our showerhead so our 5 year old can use it. It has great suction, very sturdy and easy to use. We liked it so much we bought one for grandma to use when she needs to sit down and shower.

It's holding up well. I normally don't trust or in favour of suction but this time, my renovated bath, i didn't feel like drilling. Worked for me.

This does the job of holding my portal shower extension; however, the holder has a limited range of movement. If you need to aim the shower stream lower, you can't. For the price, I hoped for more.

Works really well on glass or flat tiles, perfect for what we wanted. Won't stick to anything uneven or textured.

Installed based on instruction. Fell off after a few hours without even having the shower head in it. Waste of money. Cannot recommend.
