Frida Mom 2-in-1 Postpartum Pads, Perineal Ice Maxi Pads & Maternity Pad

Thick, Soft, and Soothing I really liked these postpartum pads! They’re very thick and highly absorbent, which made them great for postpartum use. They’re also very soft and comfortable. The cooling feature was a great bonus and really helped soothe and relieve pain. Definitely a product I would recommend!

I used these Frida Mom postpartum pads during my recovery, and I absolutely loved them. They were very absorbent, comfortable to wear, and gave me the coverage I needed during the heavier postpartum days. The pads felt soft and stayed in place well without bunching or shifting. I also appreciated the leak-resistant design because it gave me extra confidence, especially overnight. They made my postpartum recovery feel much easier and more comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to new moms preparing their postpartum supplies.

I had a total vaginal hysterectomy and was given some postpartum ice maxi pads in the hospital, which helped immensely (who knew!). Side note: back in the day, nurses used to rig up what they called 'ice diapers' for after delivery. Anyway, in my panic as I was nearly out of them, I thought to check Amazon...duh! There they were—a great find. The first box, just what I needed, was shipped overnight. They provide just the right amount of cooling; the pad was a good size, making me confident it would handle post-procedure bleeding. I was a bit worried about whether the ice pack material would hold up...would it burst? Nope! Excellent! So, I ordered a second box, but two of them were already activated, which made them useless. I filed a complaint with the manufacturer through Amazon, and they sent me a whole box as a replacement! Truly excellent customer service, I must say! **SUMMARY: Excellent product, as good as the hospital's version. Great customer service!

I didn’t have ANY tears after pushing my 7 pound baby out, but my entire bottom (perineal area) was STILL sore for atleast 3-4 weeks postpartum. Please buy these, I purchased them twice in the same postpartum time frame. It gives your bottom area a cold shock, and it numbs the area with chilling effect from front to back (size: they are long). The cool effect doesn’t last all day, and you don’t want to keep same one on for long period of time, but they work wonders. So if you believe you will deliver through V area, buy these. Even if you don’t end up using them, they’ll make an amazing gift for someone else.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These ice pack pads were a lifesaver after giving birth! They provided instant cooling relief and helped so much with soreness and swelling during the first few days postpartum. I loved that they combined the absorbency of a pad with the soothing comfort of an ice pack—so convenient and easy to use. They stayed cold long enough to make a real difference, and I found myself looking forward to using a fresh one. Postpartum recovery can be tough, but these made me so much more comfortable. I would absolutely recommend them to any expecting mom!

Pretty BULKY and long but works so well! I got a surgery on my privates and bought these for cooling and to catch bleeding. You HAVE to bend until you hear a pop and shake it until it gets cold because it can get super cold. It last around 20-30 mins which is perfect timing per doctors ice instructions. Will be buying more if I need to throughout my recovery! Minus a star for being bulky.

These products must be made by women or those who work in OB because I haven't been let down by a Frida product yet. Plenty big and ready to take the unexpected. You won't go wrong buying this product for postpartum. Better than the ones at the hospital.

These felt amazing postpartum. In the hodpital they gave me a glove filled with ice and that hurt cuz it was harder to sit on. These are soft and dont hurt! Felt amazing. Will buy again for next baby.

These were amazing to have for the 2 weeks after giving birth. I was going to just take some from the hospital and then buy some regular, more absorbent pads from the store after those ran out but a friend said that these were the best so I gave them a shot and I am SO glad I did. The hospital ones are great, but they definitely aren't as long as these pads so if you're moving around a lot or sitting/laying in different positions, there's a higher chance of leaking around the pad. Also the more absorbent ones from the store are great for maybe the second week but definitely can't handle the flow you'll have the first week. These honestly gave me so much peace of mind, also they weren't uncomfortable like I assumed they would be.
