Will this fit on a Honda Element 07 lx 2.4l?

This fit my 2006 Honda Element with no issue and I believe there were no changes at all between the years.

does it come with oil

NO. I got a sealed package on June 2018. Inside only comes with 3 O-rings. NO oil at all. Again does NOT come with oil

I’m seeing different answers. Is it prefilled to the correct amount or do I need to buy and add oil?

My husband says that it has some oil in it but not enough, he says you need to add about 4oz. Hope this will answer your ?.

Does this compressor come with the discharge fitting that connects to the suction hose?

No. Compressor will have a plastic plug sealing the manifold connection, but other fittings are generally re-used, or replaced if needed.Bruce
