Ease of opening and closing!
This is my second one. I keep one in the trunk to carry groceries in when I get home- so much easier than making numerous trips. Easy to open and close and to put in and out of trunk.

Dimensions given were right on. Product is as advertised.
Just the size I needed. Have only used 6 times so will see if it stands up over 1-2 yrs.

Works like a charm carrying things into our condo from the underground garage.

Handle broke the first time I used it
So dissappointed that the telescoping handle broke the very first time I opened it. Now I am stuck with a rickety handle that won't fold down and a cart that is not collapsible or convenient.
