Patience, Time, Perfect Pond
If a person is patient and allows the bacteria in these packets to work over time, they will achieve a perfect pond. It took about 2 months, but applying one packet every 4 days, worked perfectly for a 1,500 Gallon Pond, Stream, and Waterfall. Comments where the user put multiple packets in every day, will kill your fish. Follow the instructions, and WAIT. I use this product exclusively now and have a perfect pond all summer. Also, you need an ultraviolet light to remove green water, not bio products. You can purchase a good UV light to put inline with your outflow water going back to the pond, that will keep all green water gone.

Hasn't really worked as well as I thought. I keep the pond pretty clean, but we had a bad winter and lousy spring, so the water was a bit cloudy. After vacuuming excess sludge, I decided to try this product as opposed to another I had used. I followed the directions to the letter but the water is still murky after 2 months of use. Pond has waterfall, good aeration, weekly cleaning of the skimmer, etc. This product just did not live up to the expectations.

Excellent product
I've been using this product in my Koi pond for a number of years. Easy to use packets make things very simple. I start using as soon as my pond is cleaned in the spring -- it helps "seed" the filtration media -- and continue regularly until things are prepped for winter. Helps water quality and clarity.

Useless product. Grrrrrrr!!
We have a 1000 gallon (or slightly less)pond. At 1st I threw one packet in the pond. Waited a few days and saw nothing happened. So threw another one. Waited a few days. Still nothing. Then threw 2. Waited a few days. Nothing. NOT, even slightly. Tried again. Nothing. I've been hesitant since I have Koi & Gold Fish in there. But i have been so fed up, sooooo, for the last 5 days I have been throwing 2 EVERYDAY. STILL NOTHING !! This is totally, totally useless. I dont know how the 5 stars customers are getting it cleaned. I have also been cleaning the filter everyday hoping there might be breakdown of sludge getting trapped & that might help. Nope! Nothing. Waste of money.
