When the United States Air Force is drawn into conflict in Libya after the fall of Muammar Gaddafi, Dreamland's Whiplash intervention team wields its latest invention—a highly advanced unmanned aerial drone—with tragic consequences. Now it's not only the future of Dreamland at stake—but NATO as well. An action-packed, page-turning military adventure, Collateral Damage: A Dreamland Thriller puts New York Times bestselling writing team of Dale Brown and Jim DeFelice in the ranks of such international thriller writers as James Rollins, Clive Cussler, and Vince Flynn. Review: A Great Read - I just finished reading Collateral Damage: A Dreamland Thriller. I am still behind on my favorite author reading but catching up. The book is longer than some of the other ones you have written. I still am a big fan of short chapters or paragraph breaks for those people who have a few minutes to read but don't want to get lost when they pick up the book again. I used to travel a lot and had multiple short periods of time available to read. Great action, great story, lots of technology. The technology is not eclipsed by the human side hearing why Rubio is the way he is and that people still need human interaction and warmth with Ginella and Turk. I do read for detail and found only two minor discrepancies, too small to even mention. Keep up the good work. Review: Thrilling - Very good read and storyline he is a very good wrter. Want more and will keep going wiyh the series.

Collateral Damage: A Dreamland Thriller
Terrific and wonderful. I wish I understood better the technology discussed, because sometimes, I just take for granted that these things are possible. I always feel more secure after reading their books. I'm comforted by how sophisticated and complex our defenses are as well as how many heroes we truly have in service. The entire series is riveting and I love the relationship between Breanna and Zen-two complex, highly intelligent, caring people.

Dale Brown/War
The structure and the spine of the story line are unequalled. It is very fluid and reflects the reality of war and fighting, Also, to keep the reader engaged it develops a further story line at the same time. Difficult to do unless one has a native talent honed by hard work. A great read !

The End.
I always feel that many of these stories just end too abruptly. After all the action and victory could be savored more. But that's coming from a person who Doesn't have the imagination to write such a story, lol!!!

finger nail bitterer
As always…. Dale Brown makes me feel like I’m right in the cockpit with the pilot; pulling the G’s, feeling the compression of my inflatable suit, and looking for a way to do as much damage as possible to whom ever the foe is. Good read!

Disappointed.
I was a big Dale Brown fan however, this book turned out to be a bit of a disappointment for me, too much unnecessary description, for example is it necessary to describe someones shoes? A lack of research has gone into certain aspects, for example, the Royal Airforce command structure, there are no colonels, majors etc in the RAF. The writer, from his US airforce experience should know that the ranks are Squadron Leader, Wing Commander, Group Captain etc. Also one of the characters first introduced as a lieutenant, a few pages later she is a Captain! I noticed several unnecessary errors in the dreamland series also, Might seem a little pedantic but if you're going to write a techno thriller based on world events, at least get the small details right. Other than that I found the flight/combat sequences good and the story line was fair.

Great Book
I have read all Dale Browns books and was begining to think he had ran out of steam. With this book he has redeemed himself. We are back to the authour counjouring up amazing and exciting flight scenes at the same time as being current in the political landscape and ahead of the game in weapons technology. Great book Dale keep them comming.
