Very pleased with the results
I used Mylands High Build Friction Polish in combination with the Mylands cellulose sanding sealer, and overall I am very pleased with the results. The finish does require some finesse, as it can streak if not applied carefully, which I attribute more to technique than to the product itself. I did accidentally leave the friction polish container open overnight, and it appears some of the alcohol solvent may have flashed off. Even so, it remains an excellent fast-build finish and performs very well for quick turnaround projects.

Good product, does its job!
So far so good. I have only used the sanding dealer a couple times but it seems to work as advertised. Smooths out grainy woods after turning on the lathe, then apply my finish for a really nice, smooth, shiny finish!

Great
Great product, wish it was easier to get out of container but that's being really knit picky.

The best in my Book!
I don’t use anything else!!!! Does Fantastic job! I like that it can be thinned down to penetrate deeper if needed

works well, smells bad!
after watching several YouTube videos and recommendations, I decided to give it a try. pros; works great, dries fast, does not change the wood color much cons; VERY expensive, smells BAD, you have to use it in a well-ventilated area, or you might pass out. when the container is empty, I may not buy another one, subject to change after using it on a few other pieces.

Best there is!
I will never use any other sealer for my wood turnings. Dries very quickly and absorbs into various types of woods with ease. For anyone who doesn’t know what this actually does let me explain. This is to be applied to wood so that it absorbs into the wood and hardens. This will fill the woods pores so that it will not absorb other liquids, within reason. This product is not mean to be a build up finish. It is to be applied than sanded off. Trying to keep a uniform finish by leaving a layer of this product on the surface is both frustrating and pointless. So I’m short sand your product up to 400 grit. Apply the product with a paper towel while your project spins in the lathe slowly probably around 200 rpm or just hand spin it. Give it a minute to absorb into the wood. And apply it once more. I like to use a 0000 steel wool to remove any build up. Just crank up the lathes spindle spin and apply slight pressure with the steel wool moving back and forth. You should gain a nice matte sheen. You can than use a build up friction polish like mylands high build friction polish to obtain a high gloss finish.

Best stuff on the market!
I saw this product on a YouTube video so I purchased some. I do a lot of wood turning and epoxy projects. Once my project is complete and ready for sanding sealer, I apply the sanding sealer with a lint-free cloth, let it soak in, let it dry, and then come back with either a really fine sandpaper or use denatured alcohol to remove the sanding sealer off the epoxied areas. I usually apply Ack's sanding paste and polish but there are some times were the sanding sealer alone looks amazingso I often leave it as is. Wear latex gloves as it does get sticky.
