Does exactly what it's supposed to do
I have a damaged portal valve due to a childhood injury, so I get biliary 'sludge' a lot. While this does cause belly aches, I know they will clear up once the sludge is gone. So I power through the pain. And a quick side note here: some of us don't respond well to ashwagandha so if that's you, don't combine ashwagandha with this. You could end up with serious health problems. Please research out every supplement you take and understand the toxicity of each. Can't stress that enough. As for this, yeah don't try to take this one without the capsule. I've taken a lot of seriously nasty tasting herbs and supplements over the years but this one takes the cake! It tastes so bad it wouldn't surprise me if it could eat the enamel off of teeth! Since it's a dietary need for me, I have to swallow the capsules, even though they're kinda big. But since this is an American company using American resources and no bear bile, I'll keep getting this one.

No filler in product
I dislike the price for 1 months worth of pills; however I do like that is is supposed to assist my gall bladder to stay healthy. I have subscribed order. Because this is the only one that does not have magnesium stearate added and the capsule is natural.
