This isn’t bad. It isn’t quite thick enough for me but my hips are super bony. I think most people would really like it for hip thrusts and it’s very affordable

It's not thick enough to use it alone. I need to use it with the covers for the bar. Seems durable and well made and small enough to fit in my gym bag.

i have the barbell pad already and had to get this because i started lifting heavier on hip thrust. its okay.. i i wish it was harder tho because its more like a sponge.. it did help though.

Not enough padding, even when using 100 lbs you can feel the barbell digging into your body. Was going to return it , but with the covid19 pandemic I decided to just keep it. I purchased a $10.00 kneeling pad which works way better than this pad.

I’d rather use the round ones.

Not as thick as I’d hope but it works really well! My hip bones have been getting pretty bruised during my glute training but this helped make hip thrusting more comfortable for sure!!

This pad is very comfortable. It stays in place and protects your hip bones. So far it seems very durable. So glad I bought this.

Thick pad but not too thick. Can be used for hip thrusts or for Russian hamstring curls or maybe even a squat neck pad. Seems very durable.
