I have no complaints. It tastes like water and doesn't have me running to the bathroom. I'm not sure if I am supposed to feel different, but I take a teaspoon every night. Waiting in blood d work to see if my condition has improved.

The bottles advertising is very deceiving and is false advertisement, The front of the bottle says 50mg when in fact the mg is listed on the back of the bottle as .25 per per teaspoon(dose). I was looking for 50 mg per dose not 50 mg for the whole bottle. What a waste of money.
