I have not found anything I dislike about this steamer. Well, I say that I would like to be able to know how much water is left in it, but all is good. Extra supplies are easy to order off the McCullough website very long cord very long hose. I love this product

It heats up quickly and produces a steady stream of steam, making everything from steaming clothes to refreshing upholstery a breeze. The attachments are super handy—I’ve used it on my shirts, curtains, and even to loosen stubborn grime in my kitchen. It’s helped remove the smell from clothing and furniture. This is the cleaning power you need. One of my favorite features is the lightweight design. It’s easy to handle and doesn’t take up much space, which makes storage simple. Plus, the water reservoir lasts long enough to get through several items without constant refilling. If you’re looking for a versatile, easy-to-use steamer for household tasks, this is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

Works great, but takes longer time heat up than what it claims. Attachments can be a bit finicky to put on, but are solid once everything clicks together. A little awkward to carry even with the should strap, but not super heavy.

decent while it lasted and for light duty only. using this unit and the mop head is no comparison to my shark floor steamer which produces generous steam compared to this one. holds little water, constantly runs out and requires cool down to refill, requires fixed measured amount of water and there is no water level indicator just have to run it dry then refill with about a cup of water using a tiny funnel. the trigger on the handle is plastic and feels like it has been compromised by heat. it doesn't pull inward consistently to a stop and has random steam control. I do like the small portability but probably better to purchase something made in the us or europe.

Well, I started with a $35 handheld that got nowhere near hot enough to disinfect. So I returned it and got this. Pros: - not too big - gets hot enough to sanitize - easy to fill and use - great mop to do large surfaces - good handheld wire scrub to clean tough places Cons - dangerous: attachments come undone while using. They snap into place with difficulty , and then snap out of place as you are using them (which makes no sense). Result is steam burn (see hand photo) - lock comes undone almost too easily. - poorly made. Mop attachment handle broke on only third use (see attachment) - poor design. You can loop the cord around the base but it’s super inconvenient. Also no place to hook the flexible tube. I suggest they look at how bissel designed their similarly sized pet cleaner for ideas. - size related- you only get a few seconds of « blue » light at a time. It has to build the pressure back up in between. I wish there were a beep so you’d know when to stop if your purpose is to sanitize. - I wish the holder was more than a canvas bag. It’s very messy to put away. - attachments get used fast and I wish manual was clearer on which to use for what. I ruined one of the brushed within seconds of use because it was too soft for grout. - I wish there was an attachment between mop size (large surface) and largest brush (med/small). - you still have to scrub quite a bit, and it takes a number of « fills » to deep clean a medium sized grimy area like a kitchen floor. But it does work.

This was a home run in my house! Tackling tough jobs with ease. Lightweight and easily portable. I do highly recommend using distilled water. Using hard water will leave white mineral deposits.

Firstly, I have not actually used this yet - I just got it yesterday, but I intend to clean the grout-lines in my hallway slate-tile floor. For 70 years, McCulloh has been a leader in powerful chainsaws, so I had confidence when I found this unit. Upon opening the box, I immediately said to myself "Wow, they sure give you a lot of stuff, and it all seems durable and high quality." Time will tell. My only initial complaint is their carrying/storage bag is practically useless - they really cheaped out on the cloth bag, but that's not a deal-breaker. I'll just store it in one of my Sterilite storage bins to keep it all together. I will update this review once I get a chance to use it.

Best steam cleaner, lots of attack to with large enough water capacity to last full kitchen clean.

Hands down the best steamer brand out there.

There is somewhat of a learning curve to get started, but that’s the case with all steamers. The attachments feel cheap and don’t always connect to the machine with ease. I often have to fiddle a lot to get the attachments on. I really researched before buying this steamer too. I would likely not purchase it again, but it also preforms mostly as expected.
