can i use this to tap trigger the start/ stop on my zoom drum machine ?

I bought one and used it to stop and start my Kawai R-50e drum machine; it worked, - but poorly. I returned it and got the Nextar pedal instead; it's much better.

its a sustain pedal. Makes the notes you play last longer. only thing bad about it is that it makes a clicking noise (like a computer mouse) every time you press it.

Can the pedal be used as another midi trigger?

Dose not send midi messages only on/off state when functioned.

Will this fit the midi 61 key digital piano?

I use my in a Korg drum machine and Casio Keyboard. It should work
