wrong item info, bad customer service

Good product, might be a defective user.
This product was good, until I had to add the UV dye to the system Incase there was a leak. I’m unsure if I was doing it wrong, but the way I’ve always done it is by sending it though before the Freon. Well, the yellow line was plugged. Had to send it back as defective.
