Does this connect directly to the phone or is it Bluetooth only?

Hi there - The base of the Jabra Motion Office connects to your desk phone through the telephone and handset ports "wired." The headset then communicates with the base through Bluetooth for your calls. Thank you.

Is this headset the Jabra Wave headset? And can it be used with a cellphone?

Hi there- This is the Jabra Motion Office Bluetooth Headset. Please click on this direct link: https://www.jabra.com/compatibilityguide/ to check the compatibility guide. Thank you for your question!

Will this headset work with Skype running on a Mac?

Yes. Phone. PC. Notepad. Surface--whatever- as long as you configure the device and then the application. I use it with Go To meeting, WebEx Lync, 8x8, Skype any audio file and have it config'd for multiple systems.

Does this unit include the wireless ear piece? Also, does this unit come with the Jabra LINK 14201-19?

The unit does include the wireless earpiece which I have been told by my customers is very clear. I'm not sure what 14201-19 is but I did have to purchase Jabra LINK 14201-17 for my Polycom phone system. Hope this helps
