My newgo ankle icepac is leaking the pellets from the seams. it has been used only a few times. how do i request a replacement or a refund? thank you

If you ever need a replacement or refund you need to go to "Customer Service" then go to "Chat with a Representative" then either the"bot" will offer a refund, or you can request to chat with a live person to either request a refund or a replacement.

Does the beaded side go outside or inside agains the skin? If beaded side is inside then the strap has to twisted for the velcro to stick.

The fabric side goes against the skin.

Will this fit all foot sizes ?

Pretty much but poor quality product. Breaks open shortly after a few uses and particles that fresh go all over the place!

Can these be adjusted to cover toe base?

The ice pack could cover either your ankle or your toes, but not both at the same time.
