Great for dieting and keeping electrolytes in balance. Especially if you do fasting. It keeps me from getting lightheaded and dizzy. I noticed I continue to loose weight easier. I bought many flavors after trying the orange one and liking that. They mostly all taste super good and there’s no “salty” flavor. Super easy to use. Lots of value for the money imo. I’m a repeat buyer of these. The orange is best, the watermelon is a firm last place.

Not fond of the taste but they do help. Pleased with purchase and will buy again. Already took two today.

Great flavor!

I love this product so much as someone who has health issues where my blood pressure will drop suddenly. I pop one or two of these and feel better very quickly. I always have a bottle around when I leave the house. I will say I did not like the watermelon flavor at all hence the 4 stars but I've tried most of the other flavors and they were all very good. I just wouldn't get the watermelon one again. These were also super helpful at disney world when you're outside all day.

Was looking for something to take during my mountain bike rides, and at work as I work outdoors and in the sun. I suffer from leg cramps no matter how much I try to hydrate . I have tried these a few times and they work great. They act fast! Having the ingredients of magnesium, potassium, and sodium really help when sweating. I have had no side effects so far, only good results. Easy to chew pill size and just make sure you drive water. They are quite salty. They act fast when cramps start to kick in the pain relief is quite quick .

Way better than the electrolyte drink mixes! To me, these still have that salty taste, but it's tolerable. I've tried and liked both the berry and watermelon flavors. Great to use while traveling, after working out, and to speed recovery of a migraine attack.

I got these because the pink lemonade (best flavor ever) ones don't come in a 120 count. I thought watermelon would be the next best flavor, and I was so wrong. It's just like chewing on chalk with an extremely mild watermelon flavor. They definitely do their job though. I take these on long runs in addition to salt packets and water, and I don't cramp. Maybe just try a different flavor. Also, please make a 120 count for the pink lemonade🙏

Tastes great, but I like the taste of fake watermelon. It tastes best when you start chewing it, there is a slight bitter aftertaste. Not too salty tasting. Very helpful in long distance running/cycling.

These are a fantastic product. I have been suffering with Vasovagal syncope and was almost diagnosed with POTS. These are near immediate replacement of salts etc and can feel working quickly. My only downside is the taste. So bitty and yuck, I would gag every time I had one. Therefore my solution was to, crunch really fast then have a drink of water afterwards. As long as you can get past the weird taste they are great. They do the job and if you’re struggling with low blood pressure or feeling weak they are perfect.
