Little expensive, but worth the price!
I got this product the same night when my turtle lays eggs which is Friday. I was expected to receive it on Monday as it said so. But it came on Saturday! This machine was a bit too expensive for me. But I wish to give the best to my turtle. I have it here to help me hatch my babies and it works well! Thanks to the machine to bring my babies to the world! Update 2/22/23 This is my second time using this product for the eggs. But this time the temperature is not going up at all. I set it to be 28 degree, but it only go around 24. I thought it needs time to heat up but it is been a week. I don't know how to fx this problem.

Can I take the one star away?
This product did not last as it was needed or intended, I was in the middle of an incubation run, when I lost everything, it stopped producing heat and instead started pumping cold air, killing all of my eggs, these eggs are rare morph leopard geckos I breed pure black night morphs, by the way worth $3000 each, so far more than this machine is worth, I am so distressed because you couldn’t send me a product that actually lasts, I spent a lot of money on this because it was supposed to last a lot longer than the previous machine I got, but it didn’t even do that, how am I supposed to make a living breeding if I don’t even have a reliable machine that will hold the necessary temperature for life? I want a refund, I want a brand new device, but am I going to get it? I highly doubt it, who are these people to care? They just want your money, otherwise they’d give you a reliable product, where you didn’t have to worry if it was going to stop working while it’s supposed to support life, am I going to be compensated for the lives lost in my incubator when it decided to stop working? Probably not, the value of all the lives lost is $6000, thanks for being a waste of my time and money, because of your faulty product I’ve lost everything. Ahahaha I just found the same product online with a 3 year warranty?! Why wasn’t that offered to me? What a rip off waste of money, I spent how many hundred dollars to by this and here it is on sale @ the quick discounts.com and I can get 2 for $40 you guys screwed me, what a rip off

Happy and relieved!
This unit was very easy to set up. I was in a little bit of a panic while doing so, so that says a lot I think. I didn’t even realize that there was a light for inside when I first ordered it. I had a unplanned ball python pregnancy. We had gotten a baby, like only fed once, ball python for one of my sons around 12 years ago for a birthday present. Then my other son became very interested and wanted to try breeding. A couple years later we got two more, male and a female, the first one we believe went out a dryer vent in our home we had moved into, so we’ve only had the two for several years. And my son lost interest in the snakes and like all parents I ended up taking care of the snakes which is fine by me because I love them but there were no breeding plans. Just after Christmas I needed to detail clean one of the cages, so I put the two together for a few days… I suspected Annie could be pregnant because she wasn’t eating and was looking to be possibly gravid, but I had no clue. The morning I was to take her to the vet to get her checked out, I went to pick her up and there were the eggs. I had been looking into incubators online reading about how to make them and was planning to go to a reptile expo thinking I could buy one there or get some advice. Well, the vixen laid her eggs the day before the reptile expo! to make a long story short (haha), leaving the show (that had NO incubators for sale) they all had me convinced that I needed to move the eggs very quickly or let her sit on them. She’s not a very big snake and hadn’t eaten for at least two months so I didn’t think letting her sit on them would be a very good option for her or the eggs. I made an incubator out of a cooler in a sheer panic to save the poor babies. It was very hard to check on the temperature inside the container holding the eggs, without constantly opening up the cooler. Which of course messes with the temperature inside and I was convinced I was going to kill them or had already. Thus I ordered this incubator the next morning. It showed up on time. Like I said above it was very easy to set up I’m pretty sure the temperature control is awesome though I’ve only had it running for a couple days. The best part is it’s very easy to check on the temperature of the eggs within their little Tupperware box I need to use a flashlight but it’s awesome. I’ve candled them in the meantime, there are blood vessels so I don’t think I killed them. anyway this incubator I feel saved the day!! hopefully

Trash, killed my eggs
This incubator worked okay for a couple of weeks then for no reason decided to go from warm to freezing cold KILLING the eggs I had in there. DO NOT BUY! It's not worth losing a whole clutch, I'm absolutely broken hearted. No fix can bring those eggs back. The temp chaims it's 34 Celsius, it's set at 37 (about 98 fa.) and the actual temp is about 12 celsius (53 fa.). There was no warning, no beeping, I just went to refill the water and found it cold as could be. There has been no change in the temp of the room, or anything external that could have caused it, it's just a piece of junk. You're better off just making your own homemade incubator, this is what I get for trying anything else other than something I've made myself.

Not again
I am on my second one of these, and they seem to stop working within 2 years. The price is great and they work great when they are working. It's frustrating to plan a batch of yogurt today only to find that when I turn on the incubator it will flash and beep continuously, no way to reset it. Removing power for awhile does not clear the error. It is still heating and cooling (I tested both) but will not stop flashing and beeping. Instruction to hold +/- buttons for 8nseconds do nothing. Trying a different product this time. More $$$, but I need a reliable device.

First unit arrived and HORRIBLE decision on my part to buy it.. hope replacement is better!
Ok where to get started with the Dislikes about this product... First of All what ever Spray on Foam they used inside the device was Seeping through all the corners and everywhere there was any crack inside and out of it. I was cutting and peeling it off everywhere... The Door does Not Make a Complete Seal, The Door does Not shut Properly, you need to Press With some Force to Ensure that the door shuts and you hear the Clip sound of it engaging. It cannot Hold The correct Temperature. The Temperature sensor inside is Brokem or damaged, I am using 3 Different Thermometers inside of it and is always off by a Large amount, I'm Not talking 1 or 2 degrees F° I'm talking 3-6 Degrees C° of a difference... that's a BIG difference. I am currently using mine for my Ant Queens. And if I would have just assumed it was Correct on its Tempiture reading my Queens would have died. I had it set to 28 C° I left it for 24 hours and checked it every 4 hours. It only took about 5 mins to get the temperature to 28 C° Well it was ready 28 C° on its Lcd Screen but just to be safe and sure I put 3 separate Thermometer's inside of it and left them for 4 hours. When I returned and checked all of them, They were ALL Reading 34.6°C ! But the Lcd screen ontop of the unit was still sitting at 28.0 C° Soo I Adjusted the Temperature on the unit untill I got it to the correct Temperature I wanted for my Queens. I placed them inside and I do Temperature checks every hour on the Hour to insure they are safe, The Temperatures fluctuate very frequently.. and I am having to adjust the temperature on the unit almost every 2 hours. The Inside Led Lights are Broken off from there secure place on top behind a thin piece of plastic and are turned sideways, it does Not illuminate the inside properly. I do Not want to even attempt. To pop the thin plastic piece off and fix the led lights because I don't want to be blamed for tampering with the unit. But for $200.00 this should have been in great shape and at least have a decent Temperature monitoring sensor... I did make Amazon aware of these issues and they immediately Set up a Replacement unit for me. It is on it way and will be here in 6 days. I really Hope the new unit is in working condition and was properly assembled with out somebody using a whole can of spray Foam and Not even waiting for it dry and check for leaks... it really looks like they sprayed it and just sent the dang unit on its way. It is very Easy and extremely Noticeable in every nook and cranny and every seem there is on the inside and Outside... just chunks of hard plastic spray Foam dryer up...

Works for milk testing
We have a micro dairy and wanted to be able to test for SPC and Coliforms without having to send samples into a lab. After reaching out to the Raw Milk Institute, they gave me a supply list. I have chicken incubators, but they are rather dusty and unclean, so I needed something small to incubate Charm Plates. This small incubator has done well so far. It only runs when thermostat drops below set temp (only in C, so you need to convert to F). I set it up and turned it on a few days before doing the first samples. I had read some reviews that temps could be erratic. Thankful to say my unit held a very regular 90F. Only time it deviated was when I unplugged it and then plugged it into a different extension cord. That short disruption caused the settings to default back and I didn't realize it. So temp dropped to 88 for a few hours before I checked and fixed it. This incubator is a still air, so if you need one with forced air, this is not for you. Cost was reasonable- far cheaper than over $500 for a dedicated scientific one that I'll only be using a few days a month. Unit is lightweight and easy to move around. Hoping it gives me years of service.

Too small
A lot smaller than expected but it works for small reptile clutches but if you have big clutches and more than 2 clutches at a time it definitely will not fit in this incubator
