This is a must if you have gotten a bbl. atleast that’s what’s I used it for! At first it was not comfortable at all since it’s so hard. But I did like that it was sturdy. The only downside of it it’s that because of the material when I used to use it on leather seats it would move a lot, and so I would have to keep adjusting myself, trust me after a bbl it’s so hard to adjust in the middle of driving or while in the passenger seat. So maybe put a towel at the bottom I would suggest. When I used it on my cloth seats I hardly had that issue. But aside from that it did what it was supposed to.

This booty pillow is perfect, great price and is very sturdy. At first it felt uncomfortable and hard within couple days post bbl. 2 weeks after bbl, it's perfect, comfortable, doesn't feel flat, definitely avoids pressure on my new butt.

Pillow very low no real stability and uncomfortable. Very sharp like edges I'd rather hold my body weight in the air

Worked well for me post surgery. It hard so takes time to get used to it but it was effective for my legs to support me since I couldn’t sit on my coccyx

Sturdy for sure but not comfortable. I can’t see myself sitting on this for long periods of time. Maybe I need back support but I have to engage my core big time to stay straight. I may try another one. With this one. Your bottom is definitely not touching the seat lol. So it’s great the sturdiness it’s just not comfortable but purchasing for after surgery. If you’re needing this for any reason other than BBL you should order something else. There are many plush comfortable pillows. You don’t need this one for anything other than BBL

It’s Really hard and stiff. My surgical team said this needs to be much softer and said I would have been better off with a round drug store pillow. That being said I did fat transfer so maybe implants would be a different story. That all being said 3 stars because it has been great under my legs in bed for a few days and great behind me to hold my pillows up in place since I also did a tummy tuck and 360 lipo all at once.

Firm. Works better when used on a hard surface. I put a lumbar pillow in top of it if using it on the couch as the couch cushions sink in.

Had a bbl and tummy tuck at the same time this was the best one out of all them so comfortable and it stays firm recommend 10/10
