It had been over 20 years. I had looked, even on Amazon, to no avail. By a fluke, I discovered it. And it's amazing, just like it was before. Hands down my favorite cheese. overpriced incorrect description
When I purchase the cheese the description was a 3 pack cheese. To my surprise I received a single cheese that I can get at whole foods for 7dollars. This was priced at 3 times that. I am returning the product. It is not a honest product description and business.

I am absolutely addicted to this bread-like cheese & will buy a lot more.

Recommended.
Don't try eating it raw, it's rather flavorless, but when you grill it the magic happens. It's very different than any other cheese experience you might have experienced (unless you're familiar with Haloumi cheese which has similar characteristics). Recommended.

Flavor variation...
There seems to be a lot of variation in the flavor. First batch was superb--second and third order not-so-much. Do eat this cheese at room temperature or after lightly warming.
