Zebronics Zeb-Pluto 2.0 Multimedia Speaker with Aux Connectivity,USB Powered and Volume Control

I've been using the Zebronics Zeb-Pluto 2.0 speakers for the past 6 months, and I'm very satisfied with the performance. The sound quality is clear, with good bass and balanced audio for music, movies, and everyday use. The volume is loud enough for a small to medium-sized room without any distortion.The build quality feels sturdy, and the compact design fits nicely on my desk. The USB-powered setup is convenient, and the controls are simple and easy to use. Even after regular daily use, the speakers are working just as well as they did on the first day.Overall, this is an excellent value-for-money product. If you're looking for reliable desktop speakers with good sound quality at an affordable price, I highly recommend the Zebronics Zeb-Pluto 2.0.

Very Disappointing Experience – Think Twice Before BuyingI purchased these speakers from Amazon because I urgently needed a new speaker. The order was delivered on time, but when I opened the package and tried to turn it on, the speaker was completely dead and not working.When I checked Amazon, there was no return option available. Instead, I was instructed to visit the nearest Zebronics service center, where they would replace the product.The biggest problem was that there was only one Zebronics service center within around 250 km across the entire Saurashtra region, although luckily it was located in my city. However, the service center timings are extremely inconvenient — 10 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, and they are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. I had to take time off from my office just to visit the service center.When I reached there and submitted the speaker, I also provided the bill that came inside the package. After checking it, the service center informed me that the bill was for a completely different product and appeared to be a fake bill. They told me that it seemed someone had cheated me by putting a defective/used speaker in the package and taking the working product.I then downloaded the correct invoice from the Amazon app and provided it to them. After checking the details, they informed me that the product would not be replaced or returned and that they would only repair it. I agreed, as I had already spent considerable time dealing with the issue. They promised to return it within 3 days, but instead, it took 8 days.I bought a NEW speaker because I needed it urgently. Instead, I received a repaired speaker after 8 days, which completely defeated the purpose of buying a new product urgently and caused me a significant loss of time and inconvenience.Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. The product arrived defective, the return/replacement process was extremely inconvenient, and I had to spend my time visiting the service center and waiting 8 days for a repair.Please think 10 times before buying this product. I definitely would not recommend it based on my experience.

Average good sound in low price

A very basic speaker that works well for YouTube, audio, and work training videos, but not great for films since it lacks bass, causing the depth of voices and impact of explosions to be lost.
