The most comfortable fitting joint support I've ever used, fell and sprained my ankle and lots of swelling and bruising, yet this doesn't hurt, dig in or rub when wearing and ankle feels extremely well supported, had a bit of a struggle getting it on properly at first but I've got small size 4 feet which are also wide and naturally puffy, now with the extra swelling to contend with but got there in the end, And the velcro fasten is very strong, have had some in past where velcro pops open soon as you move, this is stuck fast no matter how much I move, yet at the same time it's easy to undo or adjust. Would highly recommend oh yeh and not a bad price either considering how good it is. Fits snug no bulkiness so easy to put socks and shoes on with it also.

I've had plantar fascitis for about three months now, I'm 58 but I've been hobbling around like a 90 year old, I was actually considering using a walking stick because the pain had been so bad. I was living on paracetamol, I bought insoles, tried stretching exercises and then I bought this. I put it on about a week ago and didn't think it would do anything because it doesn't feel like it's doing anything. But no word of a lie, this has made a MASSIVE difference to my foot. It's comfortable to wear, my first steps in the morning are much more secure, I sit on the evening and I'm not crippled by stabbing throbbing pain. I'm on my feet all day, literally 8 hours without sitting down, the afternoons were becoming unbearable, now I can get through the afternoon with a bit of an ache and sit in the evening with no pain I would 100% recommend you try this

For me, this brace proved a fruitless toil. My own health turned the simple act of dressing into a trial. A sock, a swift slip-on. But this brace demanded more time, more effort than my body could freely give, and that effort bore its own ache. Not that the brace itself is lacking, but my personal journey with health made its use a struggle. A friend, though, gave it a try. She found it quite pleasing, resting comfortably beneath a sock and within a shoe. They say it holds fast, a claim I regard with a trace of doubt when boots are concerned. I recall a similar design from my past; it served well enough indoors, but on rougher ground, with boots, it proved less dependable. And then there is the matter of swelling. I have known the discomfort of gout-induced puffiness in my feet, and now it is cancer that brings that unwelcome guest. So the thought of wearing this brace when my feet swell leaves me questioning its claim to fit all alike. I sought out a sock-like remedy for my discomfort. It offers some measure of support, I grant it that. But honestly, my trusty zimmer frame, that old reliable walker, provides a far greater sense of aid in my daily travels.

Used for keeping the swelling down on an inflamed ankle. I find this really helps and gives just enough added support when getting out and about.
