Healthy and tasty. Not bad.
In terms of taste, nutrition and size, Vermont makes a pretty good beef stick (BBQ version). They're not full of chemicals like most popular beef stick brands and they have a subtle but pleasant BBQ flavor. They've got a nice bite and texture to them, not too flimsy and not too dry. It's the highest quality beef stick I've found (so far) that's still reasonably priced.

These are the best, way better than the brands commonly found in stores. Every time I buy these, other people in my home steal them because they are so good.

This have a great flavor and a nice way to add some protein to the day without a lot of calories.

Horrible consistency and taste.
I almost never leave a bad review but this product is just terrible. I thought it would be similar in some way to the taste and consistency of a Slim Jim But I was sadly disappointed. These are literally slimy on the outside, the inside is like raw ground beef and the taste I don't even know how to describe it. It's not repulsive but it's not appetizing.. On The positive side contrary to many other reports my package arrived in perfect condition with no mold growing inside any of the packages. I just tried to eat a few and just couldn't I tried to give them to my friends and they all hated them.
