A little pricey, but worth it!
I love this stuff so much with a little vodka & sparkling water! It's a little pricey, but SO good!

but LOVE grapefruit. I put a small splash in fizzy ...
Sublime and refreshing. I did not use it in anything alcoholic, but LOVE grapefruit. I put a small splash in fizzy water and ice, or just plain water and ice for a sweet/tart, refreshing beverage that quenches your thirst! Great work, Liber & Co.!!! You have a winner here!!!!!! =)

Yum!
Great flavor: the grapefruit flavor is strong with just the right bite of vinegar. I mix this with the Liber tonic syrup, sparkling water and a squeeze of lime - delicious with or without liquor.

Don't buy this unless you like vinegar in your syrup
I've been buying the pineapple syrup from these guys for quite a while. I think I've but 10 bottles of the pineapple syrup. Thought I would try a few different flavors. maybe this stuff is Great if you mix it with alcohol but to drink as a drink with water it's pretty nasty. Sorry but drinking vinegar was sort of what Jesus had to do on his last day. If I want to drink vinegar then I may as well get crucified at the same time Maybe vinegar is good and alcoholic drinks but I don't drink alcohol

yuck
Too much vinegar. I tried to like this in grapefruit drinks but the vinegar is too dominant in this mix. So please note that as you read the reviews. It's entirely a preference thing. I'd rather revert back to the cordial that does not contain vinegar, but provides a blast of grapefruit flavor. Mix with tequila or gin, some grapefruit juice, and top with grapefruit tonic or soda

My husband stole it all. Had to reorder!
I drink it with club soda, he enjoys it with all sorts of mixers. Excellent quality.

Very refreshing cocktail
This makes a very refreshing drink for the summer. I make this with three quarters of an ounce of grape fruit syrup half an ounce of gum syrup and three quarters of an ounce of white rum, crushed ice, seltzer water and pineapple mint leaves.

Such a disappointment.
This was such a disappointment.... I really wanted to like it, but all I could taste, ( or overwhelmingly smell,) was the coconut vinegar. NO notes of grapefruit at all. Tried using it as an addition to sparkling water and also in a cocktail..........vinegar; nothing more.
