Love paxo, just add water and put in the oven to cook with your other items, add a few knobs of butter and stir that in for a nice crispy top with soft fluffy stuffing. Have it with every roast dinner.

Not just for Christmas.
Since moving to USA, there are always things that you miss. But one thing I cannot do without is Sage & Onion stuffing. Sorry to my American family but nothing else can compare. Great with chicken or turkey, but fantastic on sandwiches with leftover meats from dinner.
