The response to this statement is inclined to be “Oh, Really?” But personally, we have found that in recent years, advertised claims, such as “shrink resistant” in sales materials are a.) Hard to define. For example, what exactly is “shrink resistant”? b.) The claims are not necessarily indicated on any tag, such as “100% Cotton” on the product. Originally, these pillow protectors fit king size pillows easily and were of consistent size. The verification of this observation, was evident when these protectors were received. After six months of use, without having to follow any special washing instructions such as “Wash in Cold Water” or “Dry in Cool Cycle”, the quality and durability of these protectors has been proven by the lack of shrinkage and the overall appearance of these protectors. The zippers are of good quality, and have shown no signs of degradation or failure in the six months of use. While these pillow protectors are manufactured in China, that may or may not be a detriment to the quality of the product. The quality is a result of the production standards of the manufacturer. These pillow protectors are more expensive than average, but the increased cost has been justified by the quality and performance of this product, in our estimation. The pillow protectors are advertised as hypoallergenic, waterproof protection against spills, fluids such as saliva and liquids. They are also represented as being antibacterial and dust mite resistant. The fabric is a medium- heavy grade, 100% cotton sateen. It is top quality material which is a pleasant surprise. Many pillow protectors are manufactured from a second quality, coarser grade material. Material of this type may have minor flaws which allow for the protectors to fail prematurely. We purchased 3 two pack protectors in a King Size. The six protectors were consistently sized and easily fit our King size pillows. While these protectors are not the least expensive, they do appear to be worth the extra expense.

This pillow protector fits the bill. It is precisely the right size, it fits my pillow like a glove, no irritating extra fabric sticking out. It makes absolutely no noise whatsoever. It is also soft and cozy, kind of like a true pillow case. I am so glad I purchased this. I’d say I’ll buy it again when I need a new one, but, this is so well made it might outlast me!

Really good quality and construction.

This pillow protector is a high-quality addition for your pillow. The zipper is neat and well-hidden; the sateen fabric is soft to the touch and provides an excellent cover for your pillow. These pillow protectors wash well and do not appear to lose their shape. However, if you have a standard size pillow (20 x 26) that is thick or high density, you may want to size up to the queen, which will give you four more inches (20 x 30 instead of 20 x 26) and make it easier to stuff into the protector. Highly recommend!

Reasonably soft and quiet, and didn't interfere with pillow with cooling technology. Zipper helps keep it in place. Would definitely buy these again.

5/5 Rating Arrived just as advertised. My old pillows exploded inside the local laundromat machine and pretty much clogged their draining system. I felt really bad about it, but not bad enough to pay for it unfortunately. That led to my buying all new pillows and pillow protectors. This pillow protector was decently priced and would fit over Queen Sized pillows. So far so good. Pros Soft Large Doesn't feel like you're sleeping on plastic Waterproof Cons None

They say they're cotton but they're crinkly and crunchy like plastic. I wrap them in two pillowcases to keep the noise down. I also leave them unzipped otherwise they act like balloons—the air can't escape.

These are so nice, they washed up nicely, (as I like to wash bedding and towels before use), they fit even my bulkier pillows and no feathers will poke through these if my pillows should decide to shed any, (never had any issues yet though) So not much to say, the cotton is of a nice strong tightly woven make, and the zips are nice and sturdy, but when on the pillows as protectors under my usual pillow cases, they really can’t be felt unless you like to sleep on the very seems of you pillows, which is where the zips sit. I highly recommend these, and am going to order another four because these are such good value especially considering the great quality.
