Delicious cookies in terrible packaging
Product is delicious. Product should be delivered in Amazon box with proper padding. Cookies were in an Amazon envelope which rendered the cookies a crumbly mess.

Needs better packaging
The post office delivered two of these each in a separate mailer, one thin bubble plastic and one thin light cardboard.. these British products sometimes come in a light weight box but more often that are in a wrapper like sleeve. You do not put such a product in packaging which will not protect them from getting mashed.. often at one end worse than the other end. Because they can shift around. I have no idea why they did not come together and how the two items got in different packaging. It was ordered from the same listing.Doesn’t change the nice taste with a hot beverage. And they absorb that beverage in your mouth.

I love the taste of thesev"hobnobs," but the package contents were mostly crumbles. Some kind of packing wrap needed to keep these intact.
